My latest experience at this restaurant are very alarming for the price increase they have,unbelievable price increase,for that neighborhood,and atmosphere,for 3 people a early dinner actually 2 bears one liter of mineral water,one eggplant salad,2 soups,one plate of mititei ,one plate of stew and a fried mazorella cost us. 164.00 dollars….never again I will go there ,this was my and my friends last time !!!
Great time!!!!We had a great time last night. Food was phenomenal. I highly recommend tripe soup, mittitei and polenta. Our service was excellent!! Larissa was our waitress.
Authentic Romanian restaurant. The decoration was like in Romania, the waitress spoke Romanian, the band played Romanian songs, and of course the foods and wine were like in Romania.Everything we ate was delicious, especially their flagship dish, the Romanian sausages, which is a kebab as they do in Romania.warmly recommended.
Being back after a long time, it was great to enjoy some old favorites. The deserts in particular blew me away this time. Check out the photo of the crepes with jam i also posted. Do NOT skip desert at this place.

Authentic Romanian food. Everything we ordered was exactly as my mom and aunt used to make. A bit pricey but since it's the only Romanian restaurant in the area, it is worth it. This was our second time while we visited NYC, and we cannot wait till next time.
came over on last black Friday.Food- except for the Mamaliga, and the Kabab which was ok, the rest of the food and the appetizers were so so.the Schnitzel for my grandchild was not eatable .prices- not reasonable and very high.payments- I wanted to pay with credit card, and I was told that they will add 3.5% surcharge.I was in the place 4 years ago and I wasn't happy, and this is the last time I pay a visit and eat in the place.
