Customer service can really make or break a place!! I asked for a granola madness and asked for extra strawberries. The guy at the front desk response was “it already has strawberries”. As I replied yes I know I would like extra I don’t eat blueberries it was the nasty reply to which got me!!! What a shame. It wasn’t only to me but also the ladies who ordered in front of me and the man who was picking up an order. I’d go back if the guy wasn’t so rude! Not worth it. Go somewhere where your money and customer value is appreciated.Ps. Didn’t even add the extra strawberries like I asked and was even willing to pay for
This is not personal this is simply professional criticism when I say CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE FACE OF YOUR BUSINESS!!!! and you Mr. Manager/ owner whatever you are at this rate you will fail very quickly in this community!!!! So either you hire someone that actually knows how to be nice to people or change your attitude! Hope you make the right decision!
I’ve ordered smoothies on here through Grubhub and it’s been great! My last experience, I received my order within 10 minutes and I was shocked! Excellent job and service.
A bit pricey but the food and the smoothies are sensational. My usual go to for lunch or a post workout smoothie.
Worst customer service . My fiancé goes here all the time and the day we ordered açaí bowls from here the owner/manager had a really nasty attitude towards my fiancé !! Because we canceled an order on Uber eats which was taking over an hour !! She was trying to explain herself that it wasn’t the stores fault it’s was Uber for not having enough drivers and he had the audacity to give her a smart answer. As a owner/manager you are the face of the store and you give this impression! Sorry not sorry I’ll make sure everyone that we recommended before won’t ever give you any money ! Place should be shut down !
Ordered a salad and they gave me abouta tablespoon worth of salad dressing. Asked for more and they wanted to charge 90 cent per dressing. I asked for the manager and he was very nasty. Told me to go somewhere else next time. Terrible customer service. I wish the owners knew how his manager talked to his customers. Smh
Overpriced for a salad that's average at best. Horrible customer service. Never again.

I don’t understand how an owner/manger can be so rude in such a short interaction. They put way too much water and ice in their smoothies, barely taste the fruit. Sadly you can get a way better product at red mango just down the block
