Great friendly service. Was in and out in 45 minutes. The food came out within 10-15 mins of ordering and it was nice and hot! The taste and vibe inside feels so authentic and homemade. Esther is such a great host as well as the full team taking care of the restaurant. Everything was amazing from the Maracuya smoothie, cappuccino, their famous ropa vieja to their sweet and soft maduros. 10/10. Came 10 years ago and back for the first time and the food tasted exactly the same. Such a beautiful blast from the past ?

The service was very good, however, the shrimp cocktail and shrimp scampi was very over cooked. The black beans had no taste! Not much of a authentic Cuban restaurant. Very disappointed.

i’m so glad this place did not shut down because of the pandemic. Truly a gem of a Cuban spot. I’ve been coming here since I was about 16 years old (i’m 22 now) and the food leaves me so satisfied. I love the vintage look of the place, just makes it feel like Cuba. Really recommend!!

The service at this longstanding Cuban restaurant is good. The prices are reasonable. The food is good but not to the same level as it was many years ago. Also they only offer Sangria , Wine and Beer, as far as alcohol is concerned. It is still a good place to go with family and friends.

The waiters are an amazing Pp. They treat everyone like family. I love the Cuban cuisine.. and they have an extensive menu , something for everyone.

The Staff and Owners of Rincón Criollo are the best in the business. Always service with a smile. Hands down my favorite place to dine!!!

This by far is the closest thing to authentic Cuban food in NY! The food is scrumptious and the staff there is what really makes it amazing because when you are there you feel like you are surrounded by family! When I first came here to NY from Cuba, Rincón Criollo was the first Cuban restaurant my family took me to as a child. It’s been a love affair for 42 years there after! ??????

Apparently Guy Fiery dined here. This Cuban restaurant was highly recommended by my friend who lived in Queens. The dining experience didn’t disappoint. Food was authentic, vibe was low key and service was attentive. We ordered tortillas, chorizo, pulled beef, pulled chicken and rice and beans - all delicious.

An absolutely spectacular meal and service. Highly recommend the house staples - Ropa Vieja and the pork, and definitely have the plantain and the red beans. Deserts are great too- we didn’t even have time to take photos! We were ready to lick the plates!

Great confort food. We were attended by Luigi, great service. The place is cash and American Express only. There’s an atm inside.
