I love this place! I got the half chicken and sweet plantains and my friend got the spicy picate. The food is incredible, the service is great and couldn’t be nicer, and the value is unbeatable. This is now one of my favorite restaurants in Queens!
Our first family visit was for a birthday. We were not charged for cake, the staff sang happy birthday, and they brought some extra on-the-house items to make our experience all the more enjoyable.Everyone was lovely and attentive, and our meals were served swiftly. The food was delicious! The rotisserie chicken and green sauce will not disappoint, and of course, you can't go wrong with tostones and salchipapas. I would highly recommend this place.
Owner is so friendly as well as the waitresses! U feel very welcomed and they always offer u a free shot or wine... So that's just the atmosphere now let's talk food! Finger licking delicious ? and thier prices are very reasonable as well as drinks, u get more than what u pay for. I'd recommend this place to everyone I know! Its a small place but I guess that's why it feels so homey... Love, love, love it!!!! ?️ ????? ?
I’ve been to this place before and I must admit there chicken got better. But today I received my chicken very dry and the fries were stiff and dry. I called to complain twice because the first time no sauces were in the bag. The girl on the phone tells me that they only made enough for the restaurant inside. How is that possible? Knowing that you make deliveries. 2. The chicken was absolutely dry not eatable at all. Manager gets on the phone tells me he’ll send a new order out to us as long as we didn’t touch the chicken. Now In order for you to know if the chicken was fresh like they mentioned it was suppose to be which wasn’t. It’s obvious you have to try the chicken so because it was touched they were unable to send me another order. Unacceptable very disappointed with the customer service from this place. As someone who goes there consistently they should have manage situation better. This chicken was definitely dry and from the day before most likely re-heated. You pay for the food and expect it to be good.

I always order food in here. While I was eating chaufa de pollo, I found nail in food. Feel really disgusting

Horrible!!! do not go to this place they treat their customers terribly. They don't listen I placed an order at 6pm it arrived 8pm after I called numerous times then I look at the receipt and it said a different name and address and it was Grubhub I had placed the order through the restaurant over the phone absolutely no customer service whatsoever the delivery guy said next time don't come or don't order from us if you are upset
The jalea is great. I met the cook, his name is Catarino. He cooked this dish perfect. No too well done or under. We had the chicken and that was on point. I like the dark meat more than breast meat. Service was on point. We went on Wed at 11am
