This is the second time I get a smoothie and I after o pay I realize they don’t use fresh fruit instead it’s some juice which probably has so much sugar. I wouldn’t have gotten the smoothie had I known. Why advertise smoothies when you don’t even have the fruit to make them that’s false advertisement. Also they should let the customer know that they don’t use fruit for the smoothies before charging so we know not to spend our money on false advertising.
I used to be a customer here.But since im delivering food, the employees started to be mean and treat me like i was annoying.The girl working on July 11 2022 at 7:40pmWas super mean not only for me but with all the customers inside.Edit: I live around the corner, i will make sure nobody that i know visit this place.
Fairly new joint on the block, a ton of staff to get you in and out quickly, those bagels and their assortment of cream cheese options are dope. Stop by for your delicious carb needs!
Bagels are fresh, cream cheese is delicious, and there variety of bagels and spreads! The coffee is superb. However as many have stated, the cashiers while nice and friendly, varies pricing quiet substantially depending on who rings you up. I get the same thing every time I visit and the price is either (at the time of this writing June 2022) $6 and change or $9 and change, and I always get a bagel with plain cream cheese with a hot coffee, and credit card surcharge. I'm impressed that a straight forward order can cause such difficulty with pricing, let alone if the order was more complex and / or less common. Either way I still love your food but please work on this pricing issue.
These people don't know but I had the worst week ever I went through a tragic event in my life that I had to get mentally and physically looked at by a doctor....in the mist I came here because I was hungry. It took me awhile to order because in the moment honestly I was going through shock so I wasn't mentally all there...they was very patient with me didn't judge and gave me patience. When I was ready. I asked them for a smoothie strawberry and mango. It was a custom smoothie because typically you can only choose one flavor. I took my first sip and that was the first time I smiled all week. That smoothie brought me to my happy place. It wasn't frozen fruit with just ice it was a real smoothie and for that 20mins I forgot I went through something tragic. And literally by the end of that smoothie I told myself you know. I think I can overcome the series of unfortunate event. They put love and effort in that smoothie. The man seen me smile with every sip and he asked me if it was good and I said yes he smiled back and gave me like a head nod. He really enjoyed seeing me happy and I enjoyed him confirming if it was good. Thank you for the effort everyone. I really appreciate it. This bagel store has become a real let down in the last month or two, food is not bad but, there is something about the attitude of the people who work in the store of late and possibly the manager, which become most notable around Easter time this year. I think the staff has changed and the quality of the preparation is starting go down hill, apparently due to the change of staff! Bagel s however still appear to be quite fresh, wish the staff was less fresh, however. So, my suggestion stock on the bagels, especially the sesame bagels and then quickly get out of dodge!
I’ve been there several times and every time I came out I found my check is more expensive than I expected. This morning I just ordered one bagel with cream and cheese and they charge me $5.80. I looked at my receipt but there is no itemize charge and it’s very confusing. So guys be careful Although the bagel is good but they always try to charge more money.
I ordered a beacon cheeseburger and they gave me a regular cheeseburger... I don't like to pay for something and get something else instead. Also for some my order for lost because after waiting for a while the lady who took my payment ask about my beacon cheeseburger and one guy said he got nothing... Also the fries were too dry like very brownThe food was OK but the fact I didn't get what I paid for really disappoint me l.
It has been a while since the last time I've been to Rego Bagel.Now I really like how this place looks and their bagels are so fresh. In addition, Rego Bagel has variety of juices and smoothies.Also, great job on a new outdoor sign, it is catchy!
Food is okay. They either get it right or forget the largest part of your order. Customer service isn’t anything to write home about either, staff seems a bit careless, especially when it comes to online orders.
