If I could give this Punto Rojo a zero I would! I called to make a empanadas reservation (5:30pm) for my students and I was told that they will be ready to pick up the next day (8:00am) . The next day (7:30am) they called me and told me that there was a "mistake" and that they do not and will not have my empanadas and that I had to go back to get my money back! I DROVE AN HOUR TO GET MY MONEY BACK. And when I got there they told me the money had already been refunded. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and tell me the money was refunded to my card. So I was really mad? Super incumplidos! The owner never apologized or offer something to amend their mistake.
The arepas con queso were terrible. The pandebono was okay. I cant speak to any other food as that is all I ate. Customers service is good.
Make sure when you order for pick up, you get your full order. I order a plate that comes with avocado and when it got here there was no avocado. The girl did not even tell me when I placed the order or even when I picked it up. I called to let her know they are missing a part of the order and she said “oh yeah the avocados have gone bad”. SUCH a shady business practice, it is important to be transparent. I pay for a full order at-least be honest, no when a costumer calls to ask about the rest.
Omg I don't know what happened to this place, but I was veryFood disappointed with the food. It's not good as it used to be.I orderedlengua salsa, it was terrible, horrible taste, I couldn't eat it.Then I order seafood soup cazuela, , it was so so, I wasn't satisfied with the food.

Worst place ever. Waitress had a bad attitude and we asked for certain items and it was completely ignored. The food was cold and the it had a horrible taste. I spoke to the manager and told him out of courtesy I would pay for the food but told him the customer service and food wasnt great.
The Colombian breads that they sell like pan de bono etc they have no flavor at all is just a mass of unflavored flour
