Delicious cheese and plantain empanadas. Other good looking stuff too, but that's what I ate. Nice beverage selection. I had something nice with guava - I don't remember exactly. Bilingual staff. Cash only. They do have an ATM inside; I didn't check the fees. Such perfect late night options.

I'm only giving this place a 1 star because the fries aregood. But everything else is terrible, the service, the lady answering the phones, the overall experience was upsetting.I ordered a chicken burger with specific items and amangometro made me wait 30 mins to find out they gave me a hamburger with no mangometro. You would think speaking the same language, they will get it correctly. Well you're wrong. Once I got home I realized I received the wrong order and gave them a call. A lady gets on the phone to tell me I would have to come back because the system automatically modified it to hamburger... Then she wants to say I never added a mango metro in the first place and the worst of all, they never even gave me a receipt. And when I asked her for her mistakes to have this delivered, she wants to say she can't have it delivered that I would have to go back, i told her my correct order and made her repeat it back so i know she has it correctly.. for me not to go back and forth, I went back to pick up my correct order to again reach home and had my order incorrect again!Honestly, everyone in here needs training to speak, tolisten, and take orders. If you get hungry and this is thelast place to eat at, just make your own food. Cause I am forever avoiding this place!
Prontito means fast, but here is not that fast, but the waiting time is worth it, because of their popularity is difficult to get seat in, don't expect vegan food, most of their menu is full of calories ? ?, so delicious full of Colombian fast food flavors, cholados, hotdogs, arepas, empanadas, etc. So tasty ? I give them ???
The food is good but they don’t have the prices as the menu says, you should change that… I’m not a problematic customer but someone can complain about it.
They have a pretty decent menu, it has many different options and plates that you can get and all of them sounds and seems delicious.About my food.. well, I got the prontito burger combo which comes w/ fries and I'll give it 3 of 5. The meat was way too dry for me, it was over cooked, the burger has chips in it so you can feel the different textures in your mouth, but they way(order) they put the ingredients in the burger isn't correct, because I was just feeling a huge wet dough in my mouth since it was all wet, not from the juicy meat but from the wet lettuce in it. The bread isn't supposed to melt in your hand and get wet. I didn't like that. They wasted the chips by doing that.I also got a cholado, that one was good! It isn't exactly how it is done in Colombia but it was good. I love fruit so I liked it.
Ordered buffalo wings with fries the wing came with little to no sauce not enough to call them buffalo wings just regular wing although I was charged the same amount for buffalo wing I’ve ordered in the past and they were always drenched with buffalo sauce which I always liked ?
Their prontito burger is amazing! Empanadas are also a must have. Not to mention one of the best cholados I've tasted, especially great for summer time. Recommend everyone to try them!
Colombian fast food, the only place in queens that taste like real Colombian Fast food !!! Is a must go if you in Queens
Food was better at the beginning when they were just a small grab and go food spot.A little pricey even though the portions are huge.Don't like the only cash policy and another annoying thing is that they don't have the prices showing.With all that said i rate it 3 1/2 really.
