Horrible and robotic, emotionless, stone face service. The peons need proper training as they are as devoid of emotion as a lifeless husk of discarded debris. Food is overpriced for essentially junk fast food and contributes to the pandemic of land whales that already proliferate the US.
The cashier was friendly, that is all!! 1) they didn’t have any sauces available no ketchup, no bbq sauce, no honey ( those biscuits can not be eaten without something to balance it out). 2) The food did not look appetizing, very greasy and slimy . 3) The food got me sick, 20 minutes after eating 2 french fries, a half biscuit and a piece of skin from the chicken breast I was nausea and vomiting. NEVER AGAIN!!
The last 2 times I visited have been huge disappointments. I ordered a 14 peice meal with a coupon however when i got home there was only 10 peices of chicken. I tried to call and no one picked up the phone. The receipt didn't have an order number and the date and time was also unavailable. It seems like the information on the receipt were intentionally left off. I wrote to their corporate office and made a complaint. They offered a gift card for my troubles. The next time I visited I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and requested for no pickles on all sandwiches, but ALL 4 sandwiches had pickles in them. Very disappointed. This location has been inconsistent. Next time I will have to double check my order. It's tough as we love this franchise but have to visit other locations even though this spot is convenient for us.
Chicken is Always fresh. Only complaint is they are always out of a dipping sauce or two
It's giving me the worst ordering experience, i ate popeyes for years but look today my order, chicken were dry and old and most nausea it was not clean. The chicken wing come with Unshaved feathers!!! And there were no sauce for my nuggets, all meats taste old and dry! God damn what can i say??? Just close don't ruin my appetite
The food is great the service is terrible. They rush and forget to add all the items in your order. You have to check the bag before you leave because it’s happened to me a few times at this location.
They messed up my order by not giving me items I paid for, and I don't have any recourse outside of leaving this review. It seems like they were more focused on their conversation than taking the order in the drive thru.
The cashier worked the register and then proceeded to prepared mash potatoes without changing her gloves. That was unsanitary before the COVID and I feeling this was definitely unclean and nasty
Waited 20min for nuggets. I was hungry as soon as I got my order and got in my car I started eating the chicken and realized they had no seasoning. Just tasted like flour barely had any fries and the soda was super flat. I was very disappointed threw everything in the garbage when I got to work.
Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant. The food was fresh and good. This is usually the only Popeyes that I go to.
