Really nice customer service here. A man named Mohammed was very nice and helpful. Most Popeyes locations have terrible customer service but not here. Even though they did forget one item in my order, it is okay. They are all very nice
Well 2 me their fried ? chicken ?? taste almost JUST AS DELICIOUS ?? as KFC, but KFC will ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER ONE BEST FOOD EVER!!!!! ????? The Popeyes in Jackson Heights the employees aren't friendly, but the one in Jamaica Queens at least they were polite & nice.?? But overall their chicken ??to me is JUST VERY MOUTHWATERING & irresistibly DELICIOUS ?? & the SMELL from the distance is just TOO INCREDIBLY HARD TO IGNORE!!!?????❤️?♥️ ?????
The food was fresh and hot .The night shift employees were very good and nice .They took good care of the customers
No sauces. They either give you the wrong one or they give you NO sauces, no ketchup no honey no nothing. I’ve had this happen twice before. So I CALLED. clarified the sauces. Still got delivered with zero sauces.
Late night. Soggy, greasy food. Unbranded drink cups just seemed to be questionable. Started a few years ago with fresh well cooked food. No longer.
I ordered the popcorn shrimp ,fries and chicken and fries.The shrimp was hard and dried out. I was disappointed that I couldn't eat it and too tired to go back and return it I don't think I'll be going to Popeyes again... o
Best Popeyes restaurant in New York City! Chris, the manager is always on top of his crew and keeps everything running properly with fresh food and happy employees.
Near my job this restaurant offers quick service which is friendly and helpful. I just wish they didn't have Manhattan prices.
Usually I have no issues but last time I went all the chicken tasted old. Bought a 14 piece family set and threw out most of it.
The manager took my order and was extremely friendly and patient. Very clean location and great energy!
