Absolute worst Popeyes ever! Hard, stale, and salty chicken as well as the sides. Chicken sandwich was dried up and over sauced. Poor customer service, also poor phone etiquette. Just completely rude! There were young workers standing around talking while the drive through line was astronomically long. They didn’t change the drink boxes so no syrup for Sprite just seltzer. Just an overall horrible experience. Nearly $50 on food and it wasn’t edible. I was extremely disappointed.
The chicken they have is not that fresh or tender compare with other locations, the one in northern Blvd is the best to me so far.The staff from this location are also pretty rude, not all of them but most of them.They also need to improve their sanitation cause my order came with a baby fly on a piece of chicken.
Shilpa Jacob's is always amazing everytime I go here I always look at how well she manages the she always make sure everything is done in a timely matter and everyone is taken care of! That's the only reasons for my 5 stars because she actually takes the orders correctly the rest of the staff needs to learn a couple things from her!
BK and Popeyes use the same support software.Their current promotion for chicken sandwich combo is $8.99 in store, but if you order via their Popeyes app, they're charging you $9.99. So buyer beware, both APPs are manipulating prices, and would rather you order inperson instead of via their app. So beware of additional charges when using their APP.Also noticed on several occasions that their Chicken sandwiches are NOT freshly made to order. They have a stack sitting in a metal tray/hotel pan premade and steaming for some time on the side. In the past it was on a side table located behind the door to register entry area.
They haven't gotten my order right EVER. I've gone here in person probably around 5 times over the past few years just out of convenience and one of the items is always either completely wrong or missing. On the few occasion that we order from them on Uber Eats due to closer restaurants being closed, same issue: wrong items and none of the sauces we paid for every single time.I went here today and ordered blackened tenders (unbreaded) from them and they said it would be a few minutes for the blackened tenders, so they just decided to give me something else and pass it off as my order thinking I wouldn't notice. When I went inside in the snow to get my order fixed, I confronted the guy who took my order about it obviously being intentional and he didn't even deny it. They didn't even start making the tenders I ordered until then because I heard him call back to start them.This place just sucks.

hello, i used to say popeyes is a great place but now i hate it because they fail to provide what they advertise. I have gone to popeyes for homestyle mac and cheese AHD THEY NEVER HAVE IT!!!
Soooo BAD service when I walked in! The fat woman did her job super slow, I got my one chicken sandwich waste my 20 minutes!!! Why this poor lady work here??? one star is too much to her!!!! Shameful!
