The worse experience! I'm pregnant sent my husband to get me food at Pollo Mario $ 60 when he came home. It WAS NOT my order it belonged to Jason nothing in the bag was mine. I called and they said they will send a driver to pick the order up and THAN REFUND me on my card. I been waiting more than an hour it is now 10:20 pm. No one has came am I suppose to wait the whole night. I called them again and the nurve of them to tell me to wait patiently for the driver that is still doing the delivery and when the order gets picked up than they will refund me. How are they putting me through a hassle for a mistake they made... UNBELIEVABLE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!!!
Food was excellent and super tasty... The size of the steak I received was huge and cooked just right. I will be going here again for dinner...
I've been at Pollos Mario several times, I like the drinks, I've tried some dishes such as the skirt steak, fish, shrimp, chicken, daily specials and they are awesome. The reason I didn't give 5 starts is because I've noticed they use frozen or canned products for the salads. Also, once I ordered cazuela de mariscos and you could taste they used frozen seafood. Restaurants should be able to serve fresh products. I've tried to stick to the dishes that never disappoint me.

Horrible experience. Owner very petty and rude.After staff discarded my salad by mistake, they refused to give me the piece of avocado it was in it. Owner pretty much said that I have to learn the lesson to tell everyone to not take my food away. It was a simple thing but her attitude ruined my and my friends lunch. I think she is in the wrong type of business.
Don’t order from there! Terrible service! They send you an incomplete order and when you call to complain they basically tell you that you are lying and the order was completed. The manager was unhelpful, rude and completely questioned me and called me a liar when I complained that my side of maduros was missing. Who would call and lie about a side of maduros!!! They could have handled this so much better but refused to deliver a new side, give me a refund or credit at the restaurant. Usually I don’t give such bad reviews because of a simple mistake but when I’m treated the way I was treated for something that was simple to handle, then yes I will write about it and never order from there again!

This is a very good restaurant with good food but the only reason im giving them 3 stars is because they dont open on time, they say they open at 10am but i had to wait till 10:30 for them to open, that’s very irresponsible from them
Pollos Mario, is always the place to go. Sometimes service is slow, but ones you get your food everything is forgotten. Cocktails are really good too. It is on the pricey side though.
Great food! Wonderful staff! Thanks for making my mother's 95th birthday a real treat. A beautiful cake presentation with their Happy Birthday song was lovely!
