We were there a few days ago and my husband asked for a rare entraña steak. It was overcooked. He sent it back and the second steak came out raw. We asked to speak to the manager and an older gentleman came to the table, we think he was the owner. Unfortunately, he didn't seem to know his steak temperature because he claimed the oir raw steak was cooked medium rare. We will never go there again.
i ordered for delivery and there was a roach in my soup! horrible! and the audacity and nerves to say: "sorry but things happens and is only a roach" what type of customer service they have? my question to the girl on the phone was: would you eat food with roaches? would you share that food with your kids?that said - I advise you to stay away from this place and NOT order for delivery!
Man that chicken consume is something else. It has so many hearts and livers and weird $hit in it.. But it's really good with the rice. *Warning it's not for that faint of heart?
