I feel like this place used to be better before, now they barely have things in stock. I understand why their food is pricey but if you’re charging that much and giving 2 teaspoons of protein and more rice than anything in the bowl. It doesn’t make sense. Many other places in queens that I would recommend instead.
Staff and service is awesome!! Food is great and always fresh!! This is the way fast food should be.. clean guiltless and ready to go!! Prices are good too!
I’m very picky about my poke and this place has got it down to perfection. The place is clean, the employees work fast and don’t skimp out on anything you ask for. They have everything you can ask for in their selection of protein, toppings and dressings and the pineapple dole whip is the cherry on top.
So here's an update on today's visit. 04/19/22. I felt a bit more confident entering the establishment since i was here not too long ago and i ordered the same exact thing from the last time, sweet sesame chicken bowl. I was immediately told by staff i can not modify the order, which was a surprise to me since i was able to take out a few items the last time. She came off a bit strong and it left me feeling a certain way. I also noticed while she put my order together the serving size was less then the last time, mind you i ordered the large both days. Just like the last time they seem to charge you more for the same portion size as the regular. If you're charging me $16.95 for a large i expect a nicely packed bowl for that amount. The bowl was actually filled 3/4 of the way up. Don't get me wrong the food was great tasting but if i ordered a large i expect to see a full bowl. I'm disappointed as I'm still trying to understand how you guys distinguish a large from a regular portion? If the bowl container is only one size, then how do you know the difference between a large or regular serving??? I felt cheated with today's visit. ??
The best poke that I’ve had! The ingredients are fresh & the portion is good enough for a medium-size man. Ever since I found this place, this place has been one of our family’s favorites.It is bit sad that they no longer carry the stamp card, but if you have a reward account, you can get points by logging in to your account & scan the receipt.
Love, love, LOVE their create your own bowl!! Always tastes so good and fresh even when I have it delivered. And their reward program is an added bonus. ?

The freshest ingredients ever. I have been to other locations in Tri-state areas, but this location by far carries the freshes ingredients.In terms of pricing and portion, I was a bit sad. More things became optional with extra charges.... blame the pandemic lol.Overall, great experience. Higly recommend!
Great fresh sushi. We got the salads by accident but actually prefer it, the rice can be too much sometimes. Definitely will get it again but order through their website. "U-eats" overcharges!
I love this place, their poke bowl taste great. However today when I order online and try to pick up in store I found they aren’t open until 9th. It takes me 20mins to drive here now I need to drive back without getting any food. You really need to update your hours timely.
