The manager at this location is never there. I was given a free pizza from a. Bad experience and the manager told me it was on my account/ phone number and I would just have to order and it would be free. I was never able to use the credit. I called and they kept transferring me to an extension that rang out and when I arrived the counter person said the manager is the only one that can redeem it and they weren’t available and she could not redeem my pizza credit. Second time I had a bad experience. I would rather order dominos pan pizza. It’s cheaper and way better service. Pizza Hut u lost a customer forever
Been going here for years. Quality isn’t the best. Goes up and down in that category too often
I used to love coming here, but I don't even bother anymore since they still don't have indoor dining. It's ridiculous when other places are going back to normal and have been back to normal for more than a year now and Pizza Hut is still stuck without seating.Lately, I've just been ordering my pizza from Dominos and Papa John's instead so Pizza Hut is literally losing money for something as simple as not having seating and I know other people in the reviews are angry and disappointed by this as well.It doesn't even matter that there aren't any waiters/servers cause I'm aware that there's a whole staffing issue across the country. As long as I can order my food, pick it up, and sit down at a table and comfortably eat inside, I don't mind. All Pizza Hut would need to do is hire someone to clean the tables afterward cause people aren't the best at cleaning up after themselves and plus, COVID. Either way, I can't imagine staffing issues to be a legitimate reason as to why indoor dining can't be resumed.
Best and most beautiful pizza I've had from a pizza hut however the mini Cinnabon were burnt and went straight to the trash
BRING BACK INDOOR DINING. ITS ALREADY SO ANNOYING AND SO PAST DUE. EVERY RESTAURANT IS ALREADY LETTING PEOPLE DINE IN. This is the saddest pizzahut out there. This was a family tradition of us going to eat here almost every week. My family enjoyed spending our Friday nights here eating at the salad buffet and let's not forget the fresh pizza straight out the oven. It doesn't get any better than that. We understand covid hit every restaurant and all kinds of businesses really hard but it's time for you guys to bring back in door dining. Eating pizza out of the box outside in the cold is horrible. My kids hands get frozen and once you put the pizza in the box it's not the same as straight out of the oven onto the table.
I used to absolutely love this place been coming here since I was 9 And I’m 25 nowEver since the dine in was closed it’s not the same ! Bring back the dine in ,Still have great pizza just the change sucks & the new staff isn’t as great as the old ones !! Look how messy the place is now !!!
They burnt my specialty pizza because there in the back talking. I was watching the whole time how pizza came out n they left it there getting crispier. I told them do not overcook.
Maybe employees should follow proper face mask practice and wear gloves when handling food, they can do better about that.
This location is always the best! The food is always fresh and ready and you never have to wait long.
The service at this location used to be great. Now they got use to delivery service they don’t care for in door service. Might as well turn into express Pizza Hut. Bring back in door service the pizza gets so cold once you get home
