Love the place and environment is awesome ? food is good as well
this place is a joke and overpriced..I used to like this place, but now the food is not the best anymore. this place is overrated and extremely overpriced now.. Just a chicken alone + tax is over 26 dollars, there is a lot of better places with better chicken from $11 to $16.. this place is not worth it anymore..

myself and coworkers have been ordering from the to go locations at least once a week for years, the food has always been great, we would look forward to having a fulfilling meal, however recently the quality of the food has not been the same, either our food is over cooked or under cooked. the person taking the orders and payment acts as tho she cant understand what what you're saying if you make a complain and issues are almost never resolved. very disappointing recently ,
Chicken was dry and it should be a crime to serve Maduros that are hard as a rock. I usually dine in and enjoy their food from the main restaurant across the street, but Definitely disappointed in the quality of food they make for takeout.
You guys need to figure out your takeout system. It’s silly to Order/pay for something 40mins in advance… then have to come in , and pickup the receipt from the cashier. Then go wait on the pickup counter line with everybody else who is just ordering . So there is no advantage to ordering ahead of time and giving ample time to assemble my food? Makes no sense.
Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 lunch specials worth $45 and called them to ask if they could put the beans separate for one of the meals. Any other place did that with no problem at all. She said they can't do that (don't know what was the big deal about it) I asked why is it so hard to separate the beans and rice if on the menu you can choose rice with no beans. After going back and forth and after few of her trips to the kitchen she said they will do it but next time to order separately. Was already annoyed with this place before my food even came. After my food got delivered I see that instead of the beans they put chicken separately , is this a joke? Delivery person was extremely rude. Never again.
