My wife and I stopped in for our 43 rd wedding anniversary dinner. Jocelyn made our day by treating us so special with a dessert and candle . Jairo was also a wonderful waiter. The food and view was excellent . Give it a try!
Good drinks and food. But service is really slow. And it’s not crowded. Good view and would be cool for a date. But wouldn’t come here casually, bartender was very very slow. Music was fine until the end, sounded like it was circuit music (annoying to be honest).
Food was very good but it took very long time to arrive. Some improvements can be made in the service area. Will definitely recommend making a reservation before arriving.
Food was here is delicious! The pizzas are so flavorful. Large menu variety as well so everyone at your table will find something they like on the menu!Unfortunately, we did have one big issue which I have to point out and take a stars for ...I got the Limoncello cocktail during my brunch. Twice actually! It was really good the first time. The second time my cocktail came, it was delivered with the glass rim SO scorching hot so much to the point that I BURNED my lip. Apparently the bar torches the glass rim to create a sugar crust,... but you really need to warn your customers. My waiters brilliant response to my problem was “you should turn the glass!” This was quite possibly the worst thing the waiter could have said - are you kidding me? Don’t insult my intelligence. Oh and after a $450+ dinner bill, the waiter couldn’t even be bothered to APOLOGIZE or take off that one cocktail. Despite the good food, service here is just OKAY.Id prefer to keep the lip burn photos to myself and not post it, so please do enjoy the food/cocktail photo

First time visiting Piatto over the weekend for brunch. Very nice menu with many options.Our server was friendly but the service was a little too slow for what we ordered.Our burgers were cooked medium well, instead of medium but still very tasty!I would come back to try dinner!
Food is amazing nice place and good Service
We ordered 3 different 10" personal pizzas and they all were very nice, thin crusted and very tasty. They definitely use nice and fresh ingredients. While the overall service was nice, the upfront service charge wasn't. I would have paid those 20% too, I just don't like it when they make that decision for me (and then ask for some more).
Owner and staff attentive, drinks good (classic mojito) and the brick chicken was flavorful, filling and delicious!
Amazing brick oven bread to start, fresh blue point oysters and could not have been happier about our entrees. Excellent service from all of the staff from start to finish. Pam, our waitress, was personable, funny and very efficient. We will be back to try more! P.S they deserve more than a 4.3 star rating.
