No cover for hot coffee .Is after the dripping is kinda not a hot coffee anymore.Noodle big portion but no surprise

Had my crispy Vietnamese rolls. They tasted fresh and good. I just wish I order the largerOne. The chicken on a stick seems good. Just no sause to dip was a let down. Good thing I had extra sause from them rolls.

It's one of the best Pho in Bayside and near queens and long Island. The broth is good, noodle and meat are not bad. Service is standard. One of my monthly go to.

Terrible Grill Pork Rice Vermicelli. Tasted like burned bacon. Also VERY uncomfortable sitting arrangement. Will not return

I ordered their pho and rice dishes. The grilled pork chop and chicken are good. Spring rolls and summer rolls are average. Service is okay. Would come back when we crave for it.

If you are in bayside and don't want to travel further, then this is a decent place for pho. Do be aware though that their prices have spiked quite a bit during covid times.....the food is decent, I've had better but its not terrible. The broth could definitely use some more flavor though and be warmer. Felt it was like luke warm when it came out, not piping hot like it usually is at other pho places. If you have time and are willing to trek into other parts of Queens, then I recommend thai son in woodside or pho bang in elmhurst. The two pho places in flushing across from flushing library are quite good too.

The taste is comparable to Thai Son's but the vermicelli noodle wasn't done al dente. It was too over done. The fried spring roll doesn't have the same meat flavor but tasted much fresher than Thai Son's. The bahn mi bread is not as crunchy, although the pork chop tastes the same. It certainly beats trekking to Jackson Heights

Good Pho in the Bayside area!My family and I love pho and we eat it occasionally. I’ve tried a lot of pho places in Queens and this one might be the best. They would ask for proof of vaccinations along with your ID. It does have outdoor seating if you prefer. The interior is clean and modern. We ordered regular pho with brisket, fried squid and 8 piece spring rolls. They were all good and the ingredients were actually fresh than other places I’ve been. The pho noodles were good and the soup was refreshing. The fried squid was pretty good but a bit salty to my tasting. The spring roll was great. Overall, great fresh pho you can try if you’re around the Bayside area. There’s plenty of seating both in and out.

I’ve been wanting to go here and the reviews seemed very promising. It feels terrible to give one star but Pho Grand has poor service and is unprofessional. I ordered vegetable spring rolls and grilled chicken pho. As soon as I got there, there was no greeter to offer direction. Servers were walking past me and did not bother to turn when I asked for assistance. A few Uber pick ups came in and were swiftly helped. I went to the server in the middle of the room and said I’m here for pick up. She was in a rush and threw the receipts at me, without telling me where to put the signed copy as they had three piles on their disorganized counter. Brought this to the attention of another server who just said sorrryyyy. After all this I get home to find out I was given pork spring rolls. As someone who can’t eat pork, I called them to speak to May who said to come back to pick up the right order after telling me I should have been more clear about asking for vegetable rolls because saying vegetarian isn’t clear enough. I opted for a refund but to be honest even the pho was just thrown together in the bag and not worth being called grand pho. I have to agree with other posts saying the pho was super bland. Save your money, so many better spots on bell and this is far from it.

Best pho in the area hands down. Service is prompt and attentive.
