Nice Ambiance. Good restaurant at Jackson Height
Beyond my expectation. I love beef fried noodle and beef fried with lauphing. The foods are satisfying and belly-warming in the chilly spring. Even better, they're very affordable. The butter tea only costs $1!
The food and the service is beyond disgusting. The beef was pink and undercooked. We ordered two dumplings and one fried rice and we were given one chilly oil and one red sauce. I asked for one extra red sauce and the server very rudely said no. There are plenty of other places with cooked dumpling and much better service in Queens, definitely not returning here.
Plump momos, decent variety and dishes with distinct flavors. Everything is unassuming but tastes fresh and well executed. The service is good and relatively quick.
Worst momo we ever had. Couldn’t even finish eating them. Chicken was really tough and too much dough on the momos. The momos were basically tasteless and the sauces were way too spicy to enjoy.
Okay, so you’re in Jackson Heights because you’ve heard theres good tibetan food here. However you find yourself wandering and confused as to where to go, well this place is it.The menu isn’t long, it’s limited, it’s curated, its easy.Unsure about what to order? Ask your server. The noodles are made fresh and warms you up on the coldest of NYC winter nights. The spice level is perfect, but if you can’t handle spice let your server know to adjust it.I went in and ordered way too much but I have no regrets, nor shall you!
Only accepts cash. They have two spots one on the ground floor and the other is a smaller 6 table locale across the street on a second floorWent here because it was recommended to me by people from Tibet. At the smaller spot on the second floor at least it was all tibetan food.Had a mango lassi , water (they on have bottled) , beef momo, and a beef soup dish they were all delicious. Not sure if many outsiders come to this spot as i was definitely being looked at by all the patrons. It might have just been the lack of my familiarity with the way to eat their cuisine.Food was delicious 10/10. Price $28 for just me.All in all will be returning.
i could not stop myself from giving 5 star to this restaurant which is the new phayul (there is indoor and outdoor dining with heating system) this is way better then the original location in my opinion.i showed up first thing when they open the door but yet they agreed to let me in.. foods were the best and the best part of it was there was bar and i could enjoy some cocktails along with delicious food.. best place at queens..
Fried Beef Momo are spectacular especially with the super spicy chili sauce. And the beef and radish soup is a completely unique dish I've never seen anywhere. A milky beef broth with Sichuan pepper corns floating around, you will not regret it.
Momos not cooked and potato too spicy. Will not recommend.
