The place looked nice but as always the service wasn't. The workers were rude about the issue we had along with the Lobster was old with black crud built up in the leg of the lobster. The Salmon smelled spoiled and taste the same. I'm sure it's a nice place but food quality on memorial day was horrible my family was upset as well as disappointed.
The manager here is a thief. Straight thief. I bought tickets for a show here and paid for a table. The tickets did not say 21+ , we came with my mom and aunt and nephew only to he turned away. Little bald headed man only refunded me my tix not the table I reserved. I would not go back to this shady business. I offered alternatives but apparently they had too many "fines" already. ... buddy, that's on you. No one told you to be a shady business.
Their staff needs severe improvement in costumer service. The waitress had an attitude and was rude the entire time we were there. Just for that I would not go back. On another note, the food was amazing! It is a good place to go have a good time

Service is good food is great. had the tomahawk steak. But the drink prices are exaggerated 120 dollars for a Rufino bottle of wine which in a liquor store is 30 bucks I understand there has to be a markup but it’s 4 times the liquor store price. Their drink prices are 4 to 5 dollars more better restaurants in Howard beach. Foods food just drink water. Oh and what restaurant doesn’t know that cocktail sauce has horseradish in it? I decided to give this place a 2nd chance, the first time I took my daughter, just 2 of us and the waiter automatically gave himself a 30% tip and just brought me the credit card receipt with an additional tip line. I didn't get the other itemized receipt. Once I requested it, only then I realized he added his own tip. I almost doubled tipped, Shady practice.On Todays visit just me and my daughter ordered a "Cheese" Burger and Wings. Burger was basically Raw, and had No Cheese. The Wings, were only 6 Wingetts, which is really 3 Wings since they cut in half.After tell her we were done, it took 15 additional minutes to get the check, there were only 3 other tables. I place my card and 10 minutes went by, in the end the check out process was about 30 minutes.Lastly, why would a burger and 3 wings cut in half cost over $30, oh, the winger we cold in the center, defiantly frozen.
Worst experience ever that a person can have especially when it's your birthday. I felt racial discrimination when they took the light out on us while I was still sipping on my mojito drink. The waitress mix up my order twice not once but twice. Will never recommend this place for anyone to eat.
