Everything is a bit pricey but I can’t resist Asian pastries. I ordered delivery online and my order was accurate. However the website itself is not updated and accurate of what’s in stock. The company needs to fix this
They have very good food and coffee here. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this place.
Had many options and everything was fresh and delicious
We pre ordered a birthday cake for 2:15pm days in advance. We arrived at 2:15pm and was told by the manager that it would take another hour and blamed his employees for the delay. They didn’t call of let us know in advance that there would be a delay. We couldn’t wait for an hour and just got a pre made cake. He offered a $1 discount. Are you serious? This was the worst customer service experience even for Flushing standards. This 20 year old manager clearly had no experience. We won’t be returning.
They make the worst coffee ever...i order americano taste and looks like water and milk...i asked them to make the second one..told them i dont mind to pay extra...come out the same...terrible....the filling pastry is cold and dry
The pastries, cakes and drinks are delicious. Just wish there was more options towards the evening since pastries sell out pretty fast. Otherwise they have great online ordering for cakes!
The experience with a very bad attitude: (the male cashier has a bad attitude. I'm very disappointed. I hope the dessert will bring me happiness, …..you know…..not that I want to be in a bad mood before eating it.
This review is for my experience on Thursday 12/16/2021.I ordered a holiday cake TWO WEEKS in advance and even called then 2 days to prior to make sure they had my order. An employee ensured me it will be ready when I come in 7:30 the morning of. I come in on the day and one of the guys tells me it’s not ready and “if I can pick it up later”…… NO, people have work. I don’t sit around all day waiting to pick up cake. Then he asked me if I want another cake???? I want a holiday cake, not a regular shmegular cake. And the girl next to him really said “you should order at least 2 days in advance” HELLO, I ordered 2 weeks in advance and that didn’t help. Maybe PB workflow should be to check pick up orders 2 days in advance?? …. In the end, I saw that one of the bakers was putting in the finishing touches on the cake I wanted and decided to wait for them. Thank you, to myself, for helping me. And no thank you to PB for making me late for work.
Paris Baguette is one of our go-to bakeries and the maintenance of this location might be the worst among all branches we have visited so far.The decor is bright & wide-spaced with plenty of indoor & outdoor seating, which is perfect for friends’ gathering. It's crowded most of the time, so we totally understand it's kind of difficult to keep it clean and organized.We had their Matcha Croissant & Almond Triangle and both pastries were delicious & fresh, especially the croissant, which has creamy fillings.
Loved My Matcha Frappe with Almond milk. It was perfect balance of everything.
