Great place to get some good bakery goods. Always fresh. Cakes are excellent and very nicely made. Need more places like this in the neighborhood.
Always out of everything never had anything on breakfast time and when you ask when you you have something available they look at you what are you talking not a friendly service no smile on there face.they need to open early so when they open for customer they will have something for customer to buy and eat.
I am staying at the Hotel Knickerbocker in New York and have visited the outlet at 1460 Broadway several times. I have been to many pastry shops in Paris and this place did not smell like a pastry shop or even a bakery. The last couple of times I asked the staff if the products were created in-house and both time I was informed they were made in the cellar. Maybe they were finished in the cellar, but on further research I found that the product was made in South Korea and shipped frozen to the United States and other franchise locations. The items are not that bad, but the deception is unforgivable. I will not be going back during my remaining five days here and I think that somebody needs to work on proper marketing of their product and stop lying.

This place is very good and very quick. When you walk in grabs tray, a paper to cover the tray and a pair of tongs. If you want it to go just tell them at checkout and they will bag it for you. You can select from a wide array of pastries, sweets and others. They also have hot food you can order to be warmed up. They also have a variety of drinks as well, the milk ice coffee is very good. We got a chocolate croissant filled with chocolate cream and a cream cheese danish, both were very good. The staff is very friendly and were very helpful.definitely would come back here again.
The people here are very hard-working, and they're very nice to the customers. I just wish they had the snow bunny cake! They said it's not sold at this location ?
Literally the worst, save yourself and go elsewhere. I went to buy a quick coffee and snack and the staff was so rude. Half of the shelves are empty, the cake I ordered had a weird smell to it and the coffee was SO bitter and made completely wrong from the way I ordered it. There was a weird sticky stain on the floor too that messed up the bottom of my shoes. The tables were dirty and not properly cleaned. Safe to say I WASTED MY MONEY HERE AND WONT BE RETURNING!

I drove from Kansas to visit family during Thanksgiving Break and had lunch here. This place has terrible staff, terrible service. 0/10 do not go there the male workers have too much attitude and it is obvious they hate their jobs so they should quit. The iced coffee is practically water and cake slices are molded. I WILL NOT be coming back.
Don’t order cake from them. Terrible customer service. I ordered a birthday day cake for my son, and told the staff to put happy birthday on it. Didn’t see any words on the cake after we brought cake home. Called the store, the manager said: WE choose not to do it because we are too busy with Christmas cake orders, you can bring it back. I said I don’t live near by. He said noting he can do. I said why you didn’t tell me that I could order from somewhere else. He said they were too busy. My son is so sad because he doesn’t have birthday day cake on his birthday. I am their regular customer and order cakes from them all the time. Will never go back again. Terrible horrible customer service ever.
