Beautiful Bangladeshi restaurant with amazing ambience and interior. Front view does not give the idea of inside restaurant. You will have different feelings in different areas of the restaurant. Lighting also helps to increase the mystery overall. Good for hangout with family, friends or loved ones.Parking available: NoKids friendly: YesFood quality: very goodCleanliness: very cleanService: GoodPrice: AverageRemarks: All the way five star ?

This place is great, I have been here a handful of times and the service is awesome every time. This most recent time, our server was Mafouz, who was super sweet and made sure he took good care of us.We ordered the Railway Chicken that came with rice, a Butter Chicken Paratha Roll that came with fries, Ras Malai, and Mango Mousse Cake for dessert and they all were delicious!Ambience is great too, they have some really cool murals on the walls and always a great selection of music playing. Definitely a great spot!

Awesome spot! I felt some shyleti vibes with Bangladeshi & punjab & & bollywood of course. The decor is beautiful and it reminded us of spots in Bangladesh where people would eat, drink cha, and play keram with friends. I couldn't believe that they had Bangladeshi music playing which is rare unless you go to a full on typical Bangladeshi cuisine restaurant. The food definetly did not dissapoint neither. The fuchka sauces had some real spice to it. The lamb shank was amazing that we took another order home for the next day. The lemonade was refreshing and was much needed with the fuchka after all the spice. The masala chai was good for two. The lamb roll marination was good and the salad in it was sweet like how it's served in Bangladesh. The salad tasted a bit sweet & the sauce for the roll too but I did not dislike anything I had. I'm truly glad to find a restaurant that represented Bangladesh in its' decor, music, and by keeping the little keram board in the corner. I'll definetly come back again and refer friends.

Lovely food, shout out to the spicy tomato chutney!! Great ambience, the backyard seating area is a pleasant surprise. Lovely vibes, lovely staff.

What an amazing Bangladeshi restaurant??. I have been living in NYC for the last 20 years and this is the only place I feel like I can recommend someone to go if they want to try Bengali ?? food. It makes me feel so good ?. From the service to decor to the atmosphere, they got it right. My kudos to the owners for elevating Bengali cuisine experience. ???The chicken wings were delicious. The sauce was so dope.?The Fish Paratha — basically your burrito was tasty and our group loved it.?The biryani was a fusion of tradition and innovation. It wasn’t too oily.?Mango pudding/cake was just melting in mouth. Wanted a second piece.Lastly, price was I would it is mid range and affordable. Highly recommend it. I will back for sure to try more dishes from the menu.

So I had been seeing pictures of this Bangladeshi / Desi Halal restaurant, and it looks real nice. But then I saw someone complaining about the food & also said it’s little pricy. When someone say something negative about my country or food or anything I have to check it out. I didn’t plan it but still end up there. The place is very clean, really beautiful, stuff s r wonderful, the Shef was very nice. I end up making a lot of Tiktok there? My followers loved them! Now the food was really good, I had no complaints. I wish the tea was authentic Bangladeshi chai because that’s what was missing. Hopefully next time I will see it there. The items I tried for those price was ok, other items I forgot to check the price?because I got distracted making tiktok. My bad, it’s gives me chance to go back there! Although from my city it was real far but I will definitely go back there because the vibe was great.I think this is one of my longest reviews ever?Thank you guys for a wonderful service?Keep up the great work.

This new cute little spot is a great addition to Metropolitan. It's perfect for a girls night or a date night AND ITS BYOB! There's not much seating so I suggest making a reservation. We ordered the the Sweet Chili wings, Amritsar Fish, samosa, chicken biryani and butter chicken. Everything was flavorful & enjoyable. It's a modern twist on traditional dishes that did not disappoint.

$45 for a wrap and an appetizer and this was lunch. everything on the menu inside is $3-5 more than what’s posted on the door and sparkling water is $9?? at least tell me that geez—i don’t mind paying for good food but shame on them for being so shady about it. this meal would’ve been a robbery in manhattan. stay away

Best Indian food I’ve tried so far!Delicious, fresh, beautifully spiced.Perfect for a family dinner or lunch with friends.Masala chai and rasmalai for desert was exquisite! Compliments to the chef!

I honestly can’t believe that this place has such a high rating considering the food they give you when you order on Uber Eats. It’s my second time ordering from here and I was hoping to give it a second chance, however this was a mistake. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they’re charging $15 for such a small bowl of Biryani. I even called about this issue last week since I thought maybe they made a mistake, the portion of butter chicken which cost me $16 was literally for one person. Today I decided to order two chicken biryanis hoping to put that portion issue aside since the food tasted pretty good last time. However, the food I received today had biryani barely filled to half of the bowl size. I ordered two specifically because last time it wasn’t enough to feed my family. Looks as if they were too lazy to make more food and just gave us the last bit left and called it a day. This place is cheap, spend your money elsewhere that actually values their customers.
