Today was lazy and had craving of pizza ? so order Panera Margherita Pizza ? loved the crust and taste delicious ?

Located in Queens NY in the Junction Blvd mall is Panera Bread. The store is located across from the store called Daiso. The Panera Bread is very well designed, the staff are professional but the coffee options are very limited and when I asked for lid for the ice coffee I was refused a lid. They ran out of Hazelnut coffee, and many other coffee. The coffee had a very awful taste and felt like it was left out for many hours and never changed. The store needs to improve with refilling coffee for customers who have subscription plan with Panera. I am advise if Panera Bread corporate looks into this review along with the manager and franchise owner of the Panera Bread to improve the store.

Employees here seem to constantly be on edge and stressed. Makes me wonder what management is like. The eating areas are filthy too.The actual food, however, is pretty standard for Panera. It's pricey, but nothing to complain about.

I order my coffee fron their app and most of the time I have to wait and ask for the cup. Many times they have no milk for the coffee. Whar is the point of ordering ahead of time if I gotta still wait?

Food was alright. Dining area was disgustingly dirty and the wait was 12 minutes with no one in front of me. The fact that they weren’t busy and the dining area was dirty and the wait was long, speaks volume of how it’s managed.

So I ordered the smokehouse BBQ all normal until I find a HUGE PIECE OF pickle with the sandwich don’t know if it’s suppose to be there or not

Ordered delivery through the app for pregnant, hungry wife. Apparently this location is partnered with doordash for delivery? At any rate put an order in and got an email from doordash saying it was cancelled, the Panera app says it was still on the way so called to ask what happened to the order? They said they were backed up which is understandable but then they told us that we had to contact doordash to get a new driver?, which is confusing because we didn't order through doordash, we ordered through the app, why would we have to contact doordash on your behalf? it's your app. Furthermore, we would've never known doordash cancelled it, if we hadn't casually checked emails. To the guy that tried looking up the order you were probably the most helpful because everyone else that picked up the phone sounded like they didn't want to help. I can understand being busy. But it's ludicrous to think that you would tell a customer ordering through your app to basically figure it out. Manager also refused to take any calls.
