This Panera is the closest and we get delivery often from them because of convenience but have had so many problems with missing items. My daughter refuses to eat from there anymore since she has had hair in her sandwich 3 (three) times. Another problem is we often order fruit cup as a side which costs $2.19 but most times it’s half full. Today it was the worst. See photo. I’m so sick of this.
Ordered via app and food was prepared 20 minutes late. Baja bowl with chicken lacked salsa verde. Avocado Turkey blt was lacking pickles. Workers all were very unprofessional and were at a slow pace. Do not come to this specific location.
I’m writing this hoping they can improve. I dug through the salad from bottom to top and swirling the whole bowl, but I don’t see one really important item. Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad is with CHICKEN and the meat is essential since it is on the title of the salad name. You can miss anything from add on but how can you miss the most important thing from the salad? Also, where’s my chive onion cream cheese? I paid extra for it…Where’s the quality checking??? This make me so upset/furious because I like Panera and usually go to this location. Seriously they need to check their customers orders carefully!!! Be aware and check your order before leaving!
My local panera. I get my coffee here daily. I have a membership & I recommend it if you're in the constant go . Usually great service and all. Sometimes they run out of things & sometimes service is very slow...One thing: please open door on Sunday at 7am on the dot. I work Sundays.i can't afford minutes waisted when you don't open the door on time.
That day the staff seemed to be slow and uncaring. We got steak sandwiches but the 'steak' seemed more like cold pastrami.
Worst Panera ever. Normal waiting time is 20-60min Max. Do not order thru online as they miss item daily basis. You will end up going twice.
NEVER spending a dime at this location or any other Panera again. Was asked to leave in the middle of a quick lunch with 4 small children because I could only produce a vaccine card for myself. It’s a very sad world we live in. If they really want to be so strict about this dumb mandate they should check vaccine cards at the door.
Service here has seriously gotten ridiculous. Ordered food for rapid pick up at 1150am and didn't get it until 1239 after they told me it would be on the self at 1205pm
Unorganized and terrible customer service. Don't order through thru the app because they outsource to door dash. Someone picked up my order accidentally, and I never found out about it again- unreliable - won't be coming back here again
Best Panera bread out of all the ones I've gone to in NYC and long island. This Panera bread will give you bigger portions for salads that are edited. They give you extra sauce for free. The staff are friendly and service is driving towards customer satisfaction. I love dining in and taking out is easy here. No hassles because they actually make the ice coffee for you instead of other Panera Breads where they give you a cup or forget your order. The food is always fresh and high quality here because there are higher standards for employees here. They'll refund or exchange anything you're unhappy with even if there's no issues with it and just because you changed your mind. My favorite Panera bread is this one in the NY area.
