I got half size chicken caesar salads, and my friend got chipotle chicken avo sandwich (customized and took out cilantro). They both come with free sides, so I chose an apple, and my friend got a small bag of chips. I liked my salads. I had it without the dressing, still delicious. I didn't try the sandwich, but it was big and appetizing!
Had a nice day with the family at this location. It’s in a nice outdoor shopping mall. Food is as usual. It’s not the cleanest Location otherwise they get 5 stars.
Had to wait more than 30 minutes for a empty cup for large ice coffee. DO NOT PLACE AN RAPID PICK UP ORDER. Your probably better off just ordering in the store. They just swipe complete for orders and forget about it multiple people waiting very long for orders
50% of time they will miss the order especially during lunch hours. I always order ahead but very often my orders would be gone/missed mysteriously until I talked to the staffs. Last time I ordered in the store on purpose and saw my name showed up on the screen "Done" and then disappeared on the screen. But my order wasn't there even I waited 5 more minutes! Again I had to talk to the staff for them to find it from the back.Tonight I ordered delivery and the order just never come. Probably won't go back to this store again for some time until they improve.
food was ok but I got the soup and usually you get the bread with it they don’t ask if you want to change the side i expected the bread and got chips with an attitude ridiculous. only 2/5 stars because the food was decent I’ve had better at better locations. Also when you order food the cashier doesn’t let you talk he cuts you off and assumes you’re done ordering
Waited 30 minutes for one simple sandwich, text message notification they say, where? Pick up area, where is mine?Let me ask a staff, oh it’s in the kitchen, after 30 minutes when it’s not even busy in the store.
Probably the one of the worst panera to go to if you have the free coffee subscription and order just the cup. Just about every time I order on my way, my cup is missing. People moving in and out from behind the counter ignore you if you're waiting. The actual person filling the order for the pick up shelf snapped at me when I asked about my cup. Was waiting for 10 minutes in front of the shelf. 15 minutes after I got the notice that my order was "ready."
Staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I had a gift card I applied to my Panera app. I didn’t have the physical card with me (which is the whole point of adding it to the app) so they said they couldn’t apply it. Manager said he didn’t know how the app worked. Waste of time and money
Team oriented staff, which includes the Manager. Kept clean, free of dirty tables and free of dirty floors... Professional and polite staff.
Love this Panera. Atmosphere is wholesome. Turn over is huge, so food is always fresh.??
