I love to eat there, however their quality and quantity is not as it used to be. But, I still love to eat there.
Employees were nice and welcoming. Place felt clean and peaceful to eat while relaxing. Food taste good. Usually get lemonade or Green tea to drink which is tasty.
This review is way over due.. I don’t understand why Panera does not deliver on portion size when they absolutely charge enough for it. The fancy named “chipotle chicken avocado melt” is merely a slice of chicken with a bit of gouda & avocado & peppers. The bread portion however is big and so you get a soggy sandwich at best. So disappointing and not nice. I was sick recently and asked my son to please run after work to get food for us .. the sandwich was once again, hard on top and barely anything on inside but wet dough YUK .. He also picked up TWO boxed cherry cheese danishes and they were so stale they arrived in pieces & hard WHY would you sell them to us when they should have been tossed? . My son lives in LI and didn’t have time to go back and make a fuss. I was left upset & hungry! Stands to reason, that If your buying into a Panera franchise that you deliver on the goods that customers certainly pay for and expect! Thank you.
The food and drinks are good. The service is good and the food usually comes fast. I usually go in the morning for breakfast and to work on my laptop. The meal selection is pretty limited for breakfast. I've asked for non-breakfast meals in the mornings and they've not had them available.Plenty of comfortable seating and a reasonable number of plugs for laptops towards the front of the store.Note: They turn their WiFi off at 11am. I cannot understand why they do this. I would give them an extra star if they kept it on throughout the morning.
Best Panera in the city I’ve been to so far. Especially compared to the one normally have to go to which is a disappointing one star that runs out of bread and items by noon; that likely doesn’t even make it. This Panera restores my faith in the company! It’s clean, has a quick work flow, and the food is fresh. There were no kiosks in this one which I found to be odd but the app worked perfectly and they got the order right which is good. Come in and get your points up!
There's nothing better to have than hot soup on a cold night. In my case, I had the Broccoli Cheddar in a Sourdough Bread Bowl.I think this the best Panera I've seen so far. It's close to Public Transportation but not too crowded.

I'm hooked on the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. It's delicious.
Excellent food as always but they did forget my chips. Always check your bag before leaving.
