Skylar was outstanding, professional, timely and so kind with our family. The order came out perfect and she followed up with us to ensure if we needed anything. Jason (the manager) was very kind and resolved any issues. Thank you team!
Food was good, the bread is to die for!!! Meat was cooked to our preferred temperature. Kinda disappointed with the blooming onion as it was reeeeally oily but overall everything else was great and also incredibly cheap!!! service was definitely outstanding. Our server Noah was checking on us all the time, recommended different things on the menu and was overall very attentive and respectful, he made it a great experience!!!! 10/10 would come back!
Service was poor…our server didn’t check on us for a long time and the food was meh. Used to come here years ago all the time….sadly it’s gone downhill.

A thunderous applause for a job well done.On March 24th, 2022 my husband persuaded me to go to the Outback restaurant in Bayside. I had my reservations because of a previous experience more than ten years ago. I decided to give it a try and I’m glad that I did. Not long after we were seated we met our server Mr. Chris . Even though there were many people in the restaurant seated near us, we found Mr. Chris to be extremely attentive. His knowledge of the menu options was vast and he was able to offer some suggestions when prompted. The food was served hot and was well prepared. Every dish from appetizers to the main course was five star!We were so impressed by the service and the food that we asked to speak with the manger. The manager, Mr. Oscar approached us with a warm smile and listened as we explained our reluctance to come to the restaurant based on our prior experience. He thanked us for our patronage and our compliments regarding our experience that day. We were so thrilled with our positive experience that we will return!!
Good service, mediocre food. Onion recipe has changed. Steak was ok but didn't come with the sauce as in the menu. Skinny margarita was basically orange mango juice with undetectable tequila, maybe. Early on a Friday they were out of the signature dessert. Broccoli and salad sides were nice.
A surprise birthday dinner with nieces and their friends made dining nicer in relation to covid-19 as NYC loosens mask restrictions. Dining out without masks with family makes it seem close to normal before this world wide pandemic wreaked havoc. I look forward to returning for another dinner.
Shout out to Nick K from bay terrace Outback steak house. Attentive , suggestions were on point. Made ordering a pleasure by not feeling rushed. Very personable and easy to deal with. Overall fantastic service at this location. Feels like a true neighborhood go to place.
