They forgot to put our order in. Told us that it would be another 15 minutes. Then everything came out at different times. Ignored us the whole time we were waiting and eating. When I asked for check that’s when they tried to make it better, by comping our only drink order of coffee and taking 10 percent off. Good service and making things right should not be after thought, especially for mediocre food. Never going back

I hate doing bad reviews but this place doesn’t have the brightest working here.About a month ago my husband and I went there ordered our Shepard salad with feta and chicken.. waiting waiting 15, 20, 30 minutes ask the waitress what was going on…. She came back and says, “this is what happened.. I didn’t put in the order.” Now today starving coming from a long shift order food same exact order.. go in after 20 minutes as they said it will take 20 minutes and the girl says it was voided the guy who took the order voided it…. Didn’t call me just canceled it. No reason. Asking me if I still wanted it they’d put it in.. no thank you. I’m done. I love the food here always good and fresh but service is non existent all you have to do is take my order place my order and serve my order this isn’t rocket science. Never again.
We ate here two times. First time it the service was good, the food is ok not the best not the worst for the price. Second time few months later we went to eat dinner and while we were eating we saw the people sitting at the table in front of us just jumped up and left the place with their food all sitting on the table. I should have listen to my wife when she said "I think they saw something". So we ate our dinner and after we finished eating our dinner my wife jumped up and pointed at the wall which was touching our table because there were two roaches crawling on the wall! We knew now why the other table ran away without eating their food. We told this to the manager and were advised that the exterminator is there on regular basis, but I do not believe that. I never seen roaches in the restaurant crawling right in front of me. I was not shocked though because this is New York City and its always infested with all kinds of nasty critters but we were not sitting in the kitchen, we were actually in the outdoor section; which means the infestation is so severe in that place that the roaches come running towards any food they smell. This was very disturbing because if we saw roaches on the wall I can imagine how the place is behind the closed doors where we can't see?
Authentic and vibrant menu. Generous portions and delicious dishes across the board. Nice ambiance and five star service all around!
I almost got bit up by the waiter. I didn’t understand why she was so aggressive to me. Crazy. Be aware of bouncer waiter over there.

Lamb Large platter had very little meat in it. Mostly packed with fries and the salad, lamb was chewy. Falafel was plenty in platter. Most likely won’t order again.
