Great service in placing catering order from Joycinth. Pardon If name is spelled wrong. We are long standing customers. Food is always great never fail. Every party we have we cater from Ob's Bakery Restaurant.
My friend ordered me a large beef soup and there was literally 1 piece of beef in it. I called them immediately and without any remorse the only concern was who served it. I then went to take it back again not so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Still just who served once that was advised they say we will add some beef. They come back with a coffee cup with 2 small chunks of beef. I said this is not sufficient for a large soup. The response was like oh well so what. I then asked for a refund they took another customer and the seem annoyed but started the refund. I said mam you have not even said any thing customer service oriented. She looked up rolled her eyes and then gave me back the money. I left still hungry and appalled at the lack of customer service.
I was there today for lunch 7/16/22 I brought oxtails dinner for 17 dollars all I got was 5 little oxtails and 2 was just mostly bones for almost 20 dollars you should get more oxtails they cheap on meat and Cabbage they give you a lot of rice I was so disgusted my oxtail had a lot of fat on it I was very disappointed they charge a lot and you don't get enough meat or vegetables just a lot of rice they have to do better the price they charging you should get more on your plate they being very cheap I'm so disappointed
Stop being cheap with the oxttail no way you should charge 21 dollars for 3 little pieces of oxttail. Learn customer service to
Never eaten from here, however I have seen the food selection and it is pretty vast. They have two sections: OB's restaurant and OB's Bakery. Looks promising.
The food has been improved over the years they lost a lot of business because of the bad food and the attitudes of the serving staff but now they seem to be off on a good foot with the customers and they show at least a little bit good customer service with the food being very delicious now. but the only thing is, is that the pricing, but you know if you can deal with the pricing you can do with the good food
This food use to be great but tonight I was disappointed. Overpriced and the oxtails were not tender or a decent portion for $18.00 small. I love the baked chicken but it didn't look appetizing at all tonight.
Ordered through ubereats, only to get a call from the staff saying that they do not have the dishes that was ordered. Each meal on ubereats states, served with rice, vegetables and plantains and did not received any plantains. They replaced our order with jerk chicken and there was no flavor to the chicken and no spice. Hands down the worst jerk chicken I've ever eaten. We also ordered salmon and same thing, no flavor. Will not be ordering from here again. I really believe the reviews on ubereats are fake and there is too much false advertisement.
I ordered 2 vegetable patties. Who puts mixed vegetables in a beef patty. Never again.
Ordered small oxtail with rice and peas .. $17 is over priced with only 4 meatless pieces of bones and over cooked rice & peas .. I have bought food from there several times and each time I've been disappointed.. before the pandemic the food was exceptional. But now it's price gouging. They're not catering to the community. They're are catering to their pockets and the service is poor. The servers there are rude and obnoxious. I will not be buying food from there again ..
