Ordered a cake for my partner's baby shower, and the delivery was on time as promised. The cake looked amazing and the flavor was delicious. I highly recommend NYC! I have used them for years to bake my daughter’s birthday cakes and each year they have been amazing- both the cake and the service. This year because I made a mistake with timings, Chef Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my daughter’s birthday was still a success and essentially worked around my mistake! Excellent! Personal touch! I will continue to use Chef Joseph's service! Highly recommend!
Delicious cakes and amazing service! We ordered four cakes for my mum’s 60th birthday and they were easily able to customize the cakes to our specifications. The end result was fantastic. Delivered on time and well presented; it was a highlight of the party. I fully recommend and will be purchasing all my future celebration cakes from here. I contacted NYC, specifically Chef Joseph, to arrange a cake for my partner's birthday. I had a very specific design in mind that I had designed and wanted that to be made. From the beginning, Joseph was excellent in his communication and professionalism. He gave good advice and recommendations based on my needs, which I appreciated.
What can I say?! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE JOB SHE DID ON MY HUSBANDS FIFTIETH BIRTHDAY MUSTANG CAKE!! Not only was it what I requested but she responded every time I called and reassured me it was coming along. It’s really hard when you can’t travel to the place, but reviews and pics that were posted were very assuring! Loved it!! The guests were very happy as well!! ❤️❤️
I was fortunate to be able to sample their cupcake (this was a special treat as they normally do custom-made spectacular cakes). They were mind-bogglingly GOOD!!! Light, fluffy, moist, just the right level of sweetness and makes you smile throughout the day. Can't wait to order a custom cake!!

Gourmet specialist Joseph surpassed my assumptions. He made a marvelous showing on a child shower/story book topic cake. Everybody at the shower couldn't quit discussing how great the cake tasted and how gorgeous it was. I want to give him in excess of 5 stars.
