Service isn't consistent particularly when ordering food to take out. Simple things such checking what you ordered against what you actually ordered gets very tiresome. The food is good but the lack of customer service wears you out. Getting home to discover that parts of your order are missing makes an otherwise good restaurant below average.

The food is really good. The best thing is their chilly chicken. I always order from here whenever I’m having my guests coming home. They all love the Indian food from Namaste.The staff is very nice and friendly. They offer amazing service and I enjoy talking to the staff everytime I come.Recommend anytime!
On February 6th, I ordered a lamb biryani. Needless to say I received chicken. The problem was not the chicken but the overall dish. The dish was just a few chunks of chicken about half a dozen green peas and some spices(ordered a mild dish/was extremely spicy). It had no dried fruits, no nuts, just rice and chicken. What a terrible disappointment. For the disappointment I paid $18.00.
The fish was dry and stale tasting, like no seasoning was left after cooking, the soups are just spiced and not flavored well, the chilen soup barely has any chiken in it, and on top of all this I was made to wait for 30 minutes for soup that was clearly made in bulk long before I arrived. I would not reccomend going here for any reason.
The phone number provided on numerous sites including google does not work goes to a automatic messagings system. This is so annoying I ordered a meal on uber and wanted for the restaurants sake to make sure they gave me white meat instead of dark meat or I would request a refund and aend the food back. Their phone does not work so on a Friday night I am at limbo wondering 1 if I will get my dinner and 2 if it will be edible for me cause I couldnt make sure by calling and exepting the restaurant to pick up. I took my chancing because I trusted the other reviewers…. I will update with photos if I ever get my food

Honestly, some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had! Hands down, the best goat biryani in NY! It doesn’t look like any goat biryani I have ever had at a restaurant or made myself but the flavor is soooo amazing and the goat was so tender! The server was really polite and delivered exceptional service! I would definitely stop by here again to dine in or order to go. Sooo delicious!
