So glad they opened up this spot in the neighborhood. Who doesn't love real ingredients boba!! We aren't a big fan of the cheese foam yet. I think it's a little too heavy for me, but I know it's a popular choice. My favorite is the mango pomelo with no cheese foam. I never had clear bubbles before, they were definitely interesting. The dragon fruit tea without cheese foam was a die for!! They are always selling out of it, I mean, it's just too good. We wouldn't really recommend the brown sugar boba though, it felt like the brown sugar boba was sitting too long and lost its chewiness. Or maybe we just ordered from the last batch before they made remade a new batch, who knows. But that doesn't change my mind about moge tee!! Our fav fruit tea boba spot in nyc!
I don't like bubble tea so I won't speak on that.Went with someone and even when they are empty the drinks take while to get made. I don't know if it's by design or not. The store itself looks really nice and has a cool vibe and is very clean.A pro tip, the forest hill location gives 10% off your first order if you follow them on Instagram
Horrible customer service.ZERO proper hospitality skills. Drinks tasted terrible.They recommended a drink, I didn’t like the way it tasted so I politely asked if it’s possible to change it. The lady pointed at my friend and said “No, your friend has been here plenty of times, he should’ve told you what to get” I will never go back there again. But hey… you should expect it from people who open the same type of business right across the street from another one who has the same food/drinks. Terrible people. For some reason these types of people are always rude. Never again
Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Lady that ordered after us got her order first walked out and we still waited for 15 minutes . The poor man who ordered his 1 drink if front of us was still waiting for his drink after we got our order!?My green tea with bubbles tastes of fish oil pills. I can't even. I've had some non tasty bubble teas, but this is u drinkable. And my friends super fruit green tea she says tastes of....celery?Disappointed in the experience, the moge tee on bell blvd is much MUCH better in service and taste.Wish I can get my $ and TIME back!
The staff were really nice and understanding. I tried the bubble milk tea and it was DELICIOUS! I definitely recommend going to this shop! <3
What a cool store. I didn’t expect it to be thus well kept. Not sure what I was expecting, to be quite honest. I enjoyed the service provided and the prices were pretty good.The store wasn’t hard to find but there weren’t much parking around. I found free street parking in the surrounding blocks.
I purchased the crème brûlée and brown sugar tea. In all honesty, the crème brûlée was delicious and satisfying. I do wish they had dairy free alternatives. The brown sugar tasted like milk with sweetener on the bottom. Customer service was thorough in communication and nothing short of professional. I loved their cup design and durability.I would return again soon.
We ordered medium brown sugar milk tea hot and medium brown sugar bubble milk for kids.Upon checking at home both were milk tea (one hot and lightly cold)I went back and told I recieved both milk tea instead of one bubble milk.I should've brought the beverage to show them but didn't due to covid era which we live in.They asked if I wanted to another one. Instead of accepting the mistake and offering the right drink.I had to purchase another drink.The young employees didn't have proper hospitality training sadly.Only the female employee apologized Only after I purchased thr drink.
Good selection of drinks. Discounts if you pay in cash. There is a rewards card for 50% off your 5th drink and a free drink for the 10th drink. Street parking is a bit sparse. Sometimes have double parked cars on street.
I think the drinks here are very mediocre. I didn’t like it much. I would avoid the milk tea and go for any fruit related teas. Service was really good.
