Modoo is a favorite and my go-to restaurant. They’re also affordable and the service is always pleasant. I’ve never tried anything that I didn’t like.
Food tastes decent but portions are extremely small. Those fried rice cakes cost 5 dollars and those scallion chickens cost 20 bucks. Compared to all other chicken places I've been, the portions are way too small. I moved nearby recently and I've ordered from this place 3 times. I dont think I'll ever do it again.
I love this spot. I'm so glad we can experience halal high quality Korean food!!! (Now we just need halal KBBQ lol)I went there with 4 people for dinner time, since seating is limited, definitely plan ahead, especially for dinner time.We ordered:- boneless chicken (sweet spicy Chilli sauce)- Spicy Stir Fried Udon W shrimp- Chicken Curry Katsu Set- Spicy Bulgogi- Beef Bulgogi Stir Fried Rice Cake --- this was like a fusion of Japanese rice bowl with Korean. It was good when you buy everything else spicy lol
Cute restaurant with some pretty good dishes. I enjoyed the texture of the deepfried rice cakes. The katsudon with tasty spicy sweet sauce was balanced in ratio of rice, salad, and chicken. Good for small groups unless you sit outside, then larger groups can be accommodated.
totally recommend! the food was great we ordered both the steamed and fried dumplings and the creamy chicken ramen. the staff was super nice! We sat outside, it was calm and warm.& it’s halal !!!! ?
This is my 1st time experience here and i must say.. such a gr8 service and delicious food. Spicy Beef Ramen steal the show. Beef dumpling could be better...will try again in future.
Food is AMAZING! I highly recommend this place! This was our first time trying this place out and we definitely will be going back. I ordered the sweet chili boneless wings, and my partner ordered the chicken katsu and both dishes were really good. The only heads up, the seating is very limited so definitely plan accordingly!
For 15 dollars you'll get less noodles then a 25 cents top ramen pack and 3 skinny strips of grilled chicken un flavored not seasoned. You could of gotten more grilled chicken strips from your local deli for 4 dollars that doesn't taste like cardboard.

Everything here at Modoo tasted just as good as people say! Awesome for an intimate dinner with a friend — their Corn Cheese appetizer was simply mind-blowing!
