Delicious tacos, guacamole, drink, and desserts. This was our first time there but we will definitely be back.
We decided to try this spot because food influencers on IG claimed it was an amazing spot. For us, the hype was not there. Everyone there were super friendly and hospitable so A++. The charred corn dip was delicious. First time I ever had something like that and it was so good. I had the pulled pork (very dry, needed sauce), steak (tough to chew), and fish (super delicious) tacos. The crunch wrap was so cheesy and full of goodness. The drinks were a big let down. Although very pretty to look at, it didn't even have the slightest kick whatsoever. I had the pink panther (my favorite) and glen coco. The bartender lit the coconut flakes on fire which was fun for an IG worthy video, however I think he lit it for too long as it wasn't a yummy toasty flavor, it was just burnt and made the drink very bitter and unbearable. Overall, nice for a quick bite.
The bartender was very nice and attentive. I did not get his name. The nacho tower was very good. Had a lot of jalapeños though but who cares.

Small and quaint piece to eat. Very good vibes! The drinks were great and all we ordered was the nacho tower but wow was it filling!! Very mixed company so I felt comfortable and the music was good as well! Not expensive either.
Usually Metro taco is really good. But I am disappointed with my delivery. Ordered a burrito bowl and paid extra for crispy Brussels and I literally only got 1 brussel sprout and a 2 brussel leaves in my delivery order. Disappointed. Update: Owner asked for me to email and no response.
Amazing time here. I came in with a group of friends towards the end of the night just looking for a quick bite, and we stayed way longer than we thought we would. Amazing drinks, amazing food. Would recommend. Shout out to our bartender Casper!
Plain and simple NEVER going back to Metro Taco. The images in the reviews and on their website must be photoshopped. I picked up 3 types of tacos, 5 in total, a guac with chips and some nachos. All of the food was cold by the time I arrived home 7 min drive. The guac was terrible, the chips were so greasy, the tacos were half empty, the nachos I think had mayo and not sourcream yuck. I've had way better tacos from food trucks in Jackson Heights. Just saying! I am so disappointed. My food definitely did not look like the pics in the other reviews.
A very minimalist take on tacos! The vibe is very clean and cozy, almost like a coffee shop except there are crunchy wrap tacos and margaritas. It was my first time being there and the staff were kind. Definitely a place for friends or family.
