Wow this place was great. Had the charcuterie platter app. Great meats and cheeses and some kind paste that you could put on your pretzel bread was Dlish!! Had the chicken schnitzel with mac&cheese and home fries with bacon. Portion size phenomenal. Food, drinks, and service fantastic! Can't wait to return!
Delicious German food. The beef brat is grilled with a great snap and smoked flavor. The currywurst with beer and cheese brats had the perfect amount of zing.

It was my first time coming here and first time trying German food ! amazing I loved it! The Kartoffelpuffer were the best , it tasted so good ! I also got the “Hahnchenschnitzel” it was great vibe and so full filling So guys don’t sleep on this ! Ya should definitely go & try their food it buss???
Great food, service was on point. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner. I need to leave room so I can test out their desserts.
10/10 would recommend. Will & the cook (I can’t remember his name it began with a B... I think lol) were amazing. Food was absolutely delicious. Will was a great, attentive & fun waiter. They both made our night filled with laughs & great food. I’ve recommended this place to several people since then. Truly memorable! (Not really memorable if you drink the boot tho LOL). Nonetheless, don’t think twice, just go! It was a great spot to switch up the usual picks of food, which is what my friends & I wanted and it didn’t disappoint.
At least once a month we crave a pretzel and schnitzel from Max. The beer selection is perfect for the cuisine. When it's warmer, sitting outside is the best vibe. The service can sometimes tow the line between casual and aloof, but it's a local New York joint and the food is phenomenal so it works.
Great sausage and potatoes salad. The portions are enormous. The staff is helpful and friendly.
