I purchased $50 worth of cake and the cakes took a long time to pack and they were very tightly packed together. The cakes were hard to take out and the tiramisu cakes were messed up. This didn’t occur before and this made me upset due to the fact that it was the first time happening.
Horrible...Very Disappointed. Lemon Meringue is not supposed to look like this. Burnt and stale, it also tasted freezer burn. Never again....I usually go to the store in brooklyn. I was really excited that they had them that I bought 2 and other treats...smh. What a waste of money.

I literally waited on line respectfully waited my turn and when it was my turn to come to the counter the Sales man has the NERVE to SKIP me and go to the Customer behind me ! Worst Customers service EVER ! Celebrating my birthday trying to treat myself for my 27th birthday this is out of line Period.
I placed two custom orders for my daughters first birthday— the cakes came out better than I could’ve imagined! The freshness, and flavor were amazing!! I ordered chocolate vanilla and strawberry shortcake! They were able to make the cakes look exactly how I wanted too. Thank you!

My son and I order one cake for my grandson birthday, every body was in love with that cake, I ask my son: please, get one for me for Mother’s Day. Just down the earth. In just few words: they are amazing, delicious, delicate. It’s a place the you have to visit. Cakes, coffee and everything they offer, everything is super good. I’m Planing a new visit to get more. Dessert always delicious and puts a smile on my face. This location is very popular so be ready for an extended waits to get the items you want. The stuff if more attentive in person then over the phone.You can try different location (they have 3), it can be not as busy as that one.My favorite is the berry napoleon, highly recommend to try it. The slices are very generous.
Great place to get your dessert cravings. They have everything basically. My faves are the Berry Napoleon, Blue Velvet cake and fruit tarts! Definitely a must try for dessert lovers!
