Only HMS certified restaurant in ozone park. Go there only for that though food quality and service leave a lot to expect
The female workers in this bakery need very good training because they are the most disrespectful females “working” there, actually they are just three women who having fun not working at all no type of respect for customer service, all they do is talk loudly to the customer who still buying things from this place, it’s sad that how disrespectful this Bangladeshi women can be.
I have been going there for more than 3 years. Now its not like before. Ladies who work there get irritated if you ask something twice. My thing is if you don’t like to work there leave, let someone work who will appreciate it and will value their customer.

The food used to taste good . Now everything tastes nasty and not fresh. My husband got food poison from the tea ( cha) last week.I bought cha and somosa today and cha tastes really bad and not fresh and found hair on Somosa ( I have picture) . I wasted my lunch hour going to the store to get food and wasted my time and couldn’t eat ! The owner needs to take this matter seriously and tell the staff to follow the FDA guidelines because you serving the community and getting people sick .
i bought sweets from there yesterday. Lady at the counter told me to get from the fridge. It looked strangely dry and after coming home it tasted so bad. Not fresh at all. My stomach hurts after eating. They are probably trying to get rid of them by quickly selling them. If you read this then please remove your old and stale sweets

Very bad customer service...tea is terrible....chicken Pettis ok...portion of food bad...Tehari tests like full of tasting salt...no flavor but testing salt....over all they also have to improve their customer service
I wish they had more variety of snacks, grilled items, bread (naan, parata) etc. Food is decent but very limited seating available.
