Usually I carryout my food there but I dine in first time this week and I'm very happy with food.Friendly and nice staff.

Should’ve listened to the bad reviews that I saw before coming! Not trying to list all the complaints because its, honestly, too draining. BASICALLY, food was dry and no seasoning on “salad”. Pide was fine. Staff is so arrogant. Also they tried to charge us service fee and we had to respectfully fight. eventually they realized their mistake but didn’t apologize and looked annoyed. Most staff gave mocking faces to my friend for her religious attire. She was so sweet that she was quiet and told me after we left. If she told me then and there, I would have liked to speak out and dip to another restaurant! And other bad things but, honestly, who cares. Hopefully, this helps you pick another place, maybe an accepting and friendly place.
I am honestly so disappointed. When we first got there, we needed to order our food. The waitress was taking way too long to come to our table. She kept walking past us, and even saw us waiting and didn’t come. Until we had said ‘excuse me’ multiple times. When taking our order, she did not write down the meals on a notepad. She took the order and left. Keep in mind, my relatives also had two other reservations. We were not all sitting at the same table. They purposely put their food on our table to make it seem like we are all together. When eating our meal the meat was chewy and tough. It was difficult to chew and seemed like I was chewing gum. Later, my sister asked to pay the bill. The guy spoke to her like she was 5 and was incapable of understanding english. He tried his best to confuse us all, so we all would pay the bill at once. When in reality there were three reservations. So, the bill should have been split and each table pays for the food they originally ordered. Later, I learned to find out that the people working were mocking my sisters and had a rude demeanor. They were throwing smirks at them and were being extremely rude. The place was extremely disorganized, and had no sense of organization. I don’t recommend this place.
A chaotic and unorganized mess. I had a noticed a pattern - the pattern being we were repeatedly told one thing and then another happened. I was told that I had my own reservation (because I made one over the phone), and then that I never did when it came to billing (a lie). I was told that the friends who made their own reservations could sit wherever, and then didn’t allow them when they tried although there were empty tables. I was told that it’s not possible for the bill to be split amongst reservations AS IT SHOULD BE since we all had DIFFERENT TABLES and ordered DIFFERENT FOOD and clarified about 5 times over call about the rules, and it was very clearly possible at the end when they saw we wouldn’t let them past their mistake. Maybe organization would greatly benefit the place.
Was Iftar night we got cold and not fresh food not good at all
Ordered delivery, it took around 1,5 hours to get here not as promised at all. Rice was so soggy, meat was not tasty. Dry, and not enough seasoning. I didn’t like food at all not chicken nor beef. Do not recommend. Takes forever to prepare the order so it got delivered cold. Disappointment. The only thing I liked was Bread. Pretty fresh.
Skimped out on.I've ordered before and it was pretty good. This time I spent $40 on the mangal special and was given this. The packet it came in was also very light. Not ordering again. Feels like I got scammed.
Food was decent. Waitress attitude was greater than NYC and killed the entire experience. There were only 2-3 customers in entire restaurant, however, she rarely checked on any of them and when she did, she didn't seem happy about it. I would not recommend for anyone to support this facility. There are lots of restaurants in NYC to choose from that are way better and are welcoming and grateful for their customers.
I hate to do this but people need to know about it. It took almost 2 hours for my order to arrive and once it did they sent me the wrong order and it had a piece of hair in it. I couldn’t eat completely lost my appetite.
