This is NOT Asian food, rude employee that don't know how to work in a busy place as it is in the Airport.Their "fried rice" taste like Uncle Ben's rice ??

food wasn’t that great. the rice was hard, the chicken wasn’t very flavorful, and one piece was a very weird and hard texture. it almost made me throw up and i had to spit it out. but worst of all, the worker was rude and dismissive. i was hoping the food would make up for the way i was so rudely treated, but it unfortunately did not. just pick somewhere else, 0/10.

Two big thumbs down. Even the rice is bad!! Two dishes and fountain drinks cost 40 dollars!!

The food is not edible. The general Tso was uncooked and frozen in parts, and They mixed up the sauces. It was Tso and orange mixed together. The Rice was mush and clumped together. I know airport food generally isn't great, but this was disgusting and should not be served to folks. I didn't want to risk good poisoning, so I didn't eat it and wasted 15 dollars.

As expected - the typical high airport prices with a small portion of mediocre food. Noodles weren’t bad but we’re not great either. The spring rolls definitely tasted like the frozen microwaveable ones from the supermarket.

I wish I could give it no stars. It’s unfortunate that you cannot customize the spicy levels of the meals. My pad Thai was so spicy that I had to throw it away after I took my first bite. I didn’t even ask for extra spicy or anything. I wish I could eat spicy dishes but due to health restrictions I am not able to eat spicy dishes. Such a promising place, but very disappointing.

All these 1 star reviews are harsh. It wasn't amazing, but it was pretty good! The spring rolls were honestly more than just 'pretty good'.I do concur with the other reviewers that the wait was very long. In the restaurant's defense, though, they were the busiest restaurant in the food court during the dinner rush, so it makes sense that the wait was long.

I had the stir fried udon with chicken, and while the food wasn't bad it was just a bit too salty. During busy hours expect to wait 15-20 min for your food to be ready. I think this place could work on being a lot more efficient in pumping out the food during busy hours. wait time could be relieved if there was another cook manning another wok. I don't suggest this place if you're trying to catch your flight.

Great meal at a great price! My friend & I were in the airport and we got the Orange Chicken. It was busy but it was made within 35 minutes, and the food was warm and very spicy. I also got a special surprise, which I'm still trying to decipher what it truly is. Who doesn't enjoy a hot meal with a little mystery?

Loved the noodles and tofu. My daughter and I want to fly into JFK just to get some more.
