Restaurant was almost empty but we were told to wait for 15 mins. The waitress was in another planet but she was polite. Didn't give sauces that were requested till we were done. Very very slow. Once we ordered could not find her. Other waitress helped from another table. The food was amazing!!!!! It was so very tasty but the staff need improvement
This restaurant is a brief walk away from the train station (F) and is located across the street from Queens Center Mall. When my cousin and I initially got there, we were told that it will be a twenty minute wait before can be seated, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. I ordered the Ribeye with a side of rice. The portion of rice was surprisingly small, and the steak had little to no flavor. The server was friendly, but often elusive. According to my cousin, the condition of the ladies' bathroom was absolutely horrible. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this place.P.S. I nearly broke my tooth on the bread
First time in this Longhorn, waitress was really nice, sweet and attentive. I went for lunch and food came out quick. Shrimps were DELICIOUS, let me not get started with the mac & cheese!

Went here today with my mother. It’s was the first horrible experience I had at this restaurant. I usually have a great time at this location but today was different. My waitress didn’t give us any napkins, plates or lemon for our drinks. I had to get her attention to ask for these items but I didn’t still receive any napkins. After our food comes, she never came back to ask how our food is going, she kept ignoring us and attended to her other table more frequently. Her other table got all of her attention and respect while my mother and I continued to be ignored. Anytime that table needed something, she jumped right to it while we were ignored for our WHOLE mean. Finally, after becoming more frustrated I got her attention so I can pay the check and leave. It took her over 5mins to give us our check. I noticed the check was more expensive than the prices on the menu. But I was already annoyed about our disrespectful waitress that I paid on the app. While I was paying on the app, another waitress came up to us and asked us how we were paying. And I said through the app. I thought this was weird because she wasn’t our waitress. I then hear her tell my waitress that were paying through the app. Then the other waitress came back to us and said that our waitress just wanted to check on us. I found that extremely weird because our waitress waited to tend to us when we were paying the check. She couldn’t be bothered by us the whole time we were eating but now she wanted to see how we were paying. I’m extremely disappointed by the service and I will not becoming back to this location again.
I had a lunch there today, first time and l really enjoyed it. My food and peach sangria were fantastically delicious. The male host welcomed me warmly and kindly. My waitress was Samantha M. she's a super sweet, very polite young lady. She did her job very professionally. It was a pleasure to stop by there for lunch. Thank you.I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Love the music and atmosphere, our waiter was really attentive and very friendly, this place give a great vibes and the steaks were really delicious well cooked the way we wanted, baked potatoes loaded was amazing, I give this place a 5 ? because my overall experience here was great. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend to my friends or anyone thinking to visit.
