It's been always excellent experience here. I've never tried dine in at Lims but I always order delivery here since pandemic. I live one blockaway and food always deliver fast and fresh. Loveeverything I ordered. Food tasted always excellent with great packaging. Lim’s Kimbab, Shrimp tempura kimbab, Army strew, fried chicken with very delicious sauce, spicy rice soup, and stir fried noodles. Highly recommend everyone to try Lims. Can't wait to dine in!! Will definitely order again and again, and will def put more pictures.
First time for ordering from the restaurant made me happy. I ordered something for deliver. It was quick. The package was safe and clean. The food was very good. I’d recommend sausage and rice cake. Yum!
I love their kimbap, especially fried shrimp. A little inconvenient that after certain hours they offer delivery only and no pick up.
Ordered delivery from here for lunch one day and everything was delicious. Delivery was very quick and the food packaging was excellent (no spills with the 2 soups that came with the orders) and the plastic container for the spicy pork bibimbap is very large which makes it very easy to mix everything, just add the rice and spicy red paste, close the lid and shake it up! It also comes with a couple small sides, including a soup, which was great. The bulgogi kimbap was also amazing and I highly recommend. I’ll definitely be ordering from Lim’s again and I’m looking forward to stopping into the restaurant if I’m in the area.
Please learn how to use the food delivery app smh. If you don't provide services on specific apps, just close the business on it. It says the food will be delivered within 20 mins and I waited for 2 hours. Called the restaurant and they only can repeatedly say "online order on Uber or doordash". At least learn how to communicate with customers smh.
Japchae is very bland. Kimchi fried rice has got barely any spam, diced till as small as a grain of rice. Sides were good. Kimbap is good too.
Love love love this place! Not always in LIC, but will definitely be back. Our server was great and the Korean food was soooo yummy - my mom being Korean, I know good Korean food ?
There are no many bantchans as appetizers, but the entrees are good
Good food and helpful employees.I found the menu limited as I do not eat beef or pork.My meal came with 3 sides and a small egg drop soup.Being from out of town may have jaded my perspective.
This place was a real disappointment. First the service. The waitress kept not understanding what we wanted dispute is reading off exactly what is written on the menu. She kept getting the number and flavor of wings wrong and had to come back twice to check again. Even with that, she came back and said they may have already started to make the order wrong (thankfully it ended up being correct), but I don’t understand how if you mess up a customers order, how do you just say “oh well” and still give them the wrong order just because you already started to make it wrong.Also the flavor of the wings. It just wasn’t really there. The wings were nice and crispy but any flavor they had kinda disappeared after a second in your mouth. It’s a shame cuz the first bite, the first second was good, it just didn’t last long in the mouth.The spicy wings helped keep the flavor a bit but still had the same problem in my opinion. The flavor was a little more and lasted longer but still was not as flavorful as some other places. My friend thought it was ok though.The fries were really really good though. VERY crispy!I don’t think I would go back but I hope they do well and maybe I went on an off night. The place looked really nice, I will definitely give them that. Nice ambiance.
