They did NOT honor their 30% off special as advertised. When I asked them about it, the gentleman struggled to give me a reason and then blamed the pandemic for increase in price. The only reason I ordered the special dish was because of the discount advertised. I ended up paying same price as their SPECIALTY dish! During lunch hours
They food here was pretty good. The plantains weren’t overcooked or greasy which I find a lot of restaurants do. The Cuban sandwich was great, they put a garlic sauce on the bread that goes great with the pernil. The chicharrón de pollo was pretty good, I did find some pieces were fried a bit too long. The Cuban rice was seasoned really well but I did find the texture a bit mushy. Great customer service here as well, I will be coming back in the future and recommend this place to anyone.
Food was pretty good and the staff were super friendly. Great authentic Cuban vibe with artwork and memorabilia. Stopped by during lunch hours and the place was empty, but they were filling a lot of delivery and take out orders. One downside was that there was only one bathroom so the wait time was super long as it was shared between customers and staff.
We ordered take out, and I got the oxtail with rice and beans and it was awesome! The guava cheese empanada was also very good. My husband for the chicken chicharron, which was unfortunately overcooked and very dry. We would definitely order there again.
Ordered food from Latin Cabana with Grubhub. App said food was on the way. When outside driver never came app said food was delivered, it was not. Called the restaurant the frist time and the person who picked up the phone said well my friend it said it was delivered. He gave me the driver Kevins phone number. After a few attempts to find out from the driver where he delivered my food too he never answered the phone. Kevin then turns off his phone so I can't call him anymore. I call the restaurant back and I asked the guy who picked up to issue me a refund. He put the phone down and never picked it back up meanwhile I hear people talking and laughing in the background. Had to call GrubHub to cancel the order and issue a refund. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM LATIN CABANA AGAIN.
I decided to visit them again Halloween weekend to get a Cuban sandwich. Epic fail. The cheese was cold, the pernil on the sandwich was not fresh and was also not hot.I’m disappointed.
Very Delicious dishes, the service is phenomenal. I recommended to tried out all for a friends get together or a date out with your girlfriend or husband .
