All of their foods are amazingly tasty. its definitely a home cooked meal. the ambiance is great and the people working there are great as well the waiter Darwin was really good serve I love this place I will definitely recommend it

As an Ecuadorian, I was expecting real Ecuadorian food! For starters this place was so loud with a mariachi singer at the door with the speaker at maximum volume! They also had a live marching band playing at the same time in the back plus the house music all playing at the same time. I was annoyed from the minute I opened the door. Then soup I ordered was extremely salty and my son ordered a traditional Bollo which came with no salsa how it’s usually serve and to top all of they gave us lemon instead of limes ?. We order two passion fruit drinks which came when we were ready to leave ! It was so sour that we couldn’t even drink it! It actually looked like a drink with alcohol from a bar.What a disappointment! Never coming back .Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money !

They don't offer desserts ? but food was ok. A broken dish but not a big deal.

The waitress wasn’t pleasant. Our drink order was wrong and instead of saying sorry for her mistake as a server normally would… she started arguing that we ordered what she brought. Then she tried to convince us to not order a dish we wanted because it was too big for us. Which is bad for the company! We still said we wanted it. She came back about five minutes later and told us that the price on the menu was wrong and should be five dollars more. So instead of giving us the price we saw, she asked us to pay up. I told her “either the company eats the five dollar mistake or we do.” She said we have to pay it. Which if you go anywhere else they honor the mistake. So my husband said okay it’s five bucks more. We still ordered it. Then, when my order came… there was plastic wrapping inside my bolon! At that point I told my husband to handle the rest of the ordering. They offered me a new bolon, but honestly I just didn’t trust that kitchen. I politely declined. Then I asked for water to wash the salty food down and of course you need to specify tap or bottle because they will bring bottle to hike up the tab. I didn’t argue because I was exhausted. Upon leaving we realized they automatically added a tip which made sense because if it was up to the service itself they wouldn’t get any. They are rude and too comfortable with customers and not welcoming. We were still eating stuff from our plates and they were cleaning up the table and blocking us and reaching over as they cleaned up. There was no wait for new clients but they were trying to get us out. Either that or they don’t understand personal space (cough… covid). Lastly upon leaving they brought out keychains, pens and a lighter as marketing items. When I grabbed my key chain to be polite, i saw it was broken. I showed my husband and he just laughed at my luck! When it rains, it pours! Lol. Anyway. Not going back. Food was salty, and customer service wasn’t good. This was the most stressful lunch ever! By the way… the lighter is not a great idea to give out. Especially when service is so bad you just want to burn something down. Owner needs to seriously retrain… or better said train wait staff. Disappointing.
Tasted encebollado and cazuela- and it was very tasty .... had that soccer bar feel ... prices reasonable... will return ... to see if consistent- can cater for large group .... clean
