Kung fu tea here tastes different and flavorless

Awful customer service they ignored me and wouldn’t help me place my order with the T-Mobile promotion. Bye going to gongcha they have the best service.
I come here frequently after dinning at the new world mall food court but recently I’ve noticed that they got more workers and new hires and the new hires made my drinks faster than usual , I came here two days in a roll on the weekend and it was always the skinny boy in the hoodie that made my drink, he seem to be new here but he is so sweet and nice and makes my drink in less than a minute. Would definitely come back after this experience :)
I always come to this establishment and it seems like lately there is new hires. Doesn’t make much of a difference except that these unwelcoming faces would give attitude with simple instructions, if you’re going to invite a friend to work with you then work. Why would you apply if you plan on taking photos of them each other working and leaning on counters talking? It’s always the people with the most bitter attitude who tries to work customer service. I work in the restaurant industry and if you can’t follow simple instructions without letting your feelings get in the way because it stops you from talking with your friends, then don’t find a job anywhere. The new hire with the red shirt and black hair with bleached underparts need to work on her attitude.
I ordered the brown sugar boba tea and there is only a little brown sugar and it doesn’t taste good at all.I work at the Kung fu tea in Ktown food gallery and our drinks are really good.
