The food and drinks are good. Lady taking orders needs to be removed. Just no customer service skills or enthusiasm. Seems bothered to be there like it’s an inconvenience for her to work.
Only reason i’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because their stuff is actually good. The lady has no customer service skills AT ALL. She is extremely rude and has an attitude. They don’t accept any orders over the phone for pickup and their online ordering system never works. They need to hire better people and have better service.
I would have like the acai bowl to be a little bit chilled on a hot day. I was served a warm one :/ didn't taste as good as others acai bowls .
Prices aren’t that good. Went there because I was working in the area. Was craving a smoothie so I went there. Ending up with diarrhea for the day. Will not be goin back
If you wanna wait a hundred years in line and and a hundred more for the beverage — go to this place. Lack of staff members and rude person at the counter. Do not recommend

The place is always clean and the food handlers are exceptionally conscious of how they handle your orders. 10 stars 100 times. Check department of health records for the past 5 years to see the ratings.
Overpriced and dirty.. plus this man told me I needed to pay for a menu because everyone else throws them out, get used to that bud you own a business…

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to on this one. I’ve never seen a man who spoke and yelled 500 words in 2 minutes over a customer standing in front of pick-up section, because you were “trying to” (didn’t even finish his sentence, but assuming you meant “SOCIAL DISTANCE”, when 1st, he wasn’t wearing a mask himself, 2nd NOBODY ELSE WAS IN THE STORE. If you’re reading this, you have to ubderstand (if you’re capable of that), that what you did was unnecessary. Process and reflect. ONE OF THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
