I purchased four pounds of codfish it was not suitable for consumption and went into the garbage. Smelling fish no longer an option is the best indicator of freshness leaving consumers at the mercy of once trusted fishmongers who might have supply problems because of COVID.

Very clean place you get all types of seafood plus you can have it steamed and take it home. Nice and friendly employees ....

A fish market shouldn't smell like "fish" rather like the sea. This is a bad sign as to cleanliness when you have a strong stench of decomposing fish proteins. Pass this store after closing and take a whiff for yourself. That smell is called amines. The fish themselves are overly iced so as to add water weight therefore increasing its price. A fish store should be cold to ensure freshness if not then a freshly caught fish shouldn't be brought out of the freezer and then refrozen no more than a certain number. Remember once caught fish are decomposing and time is short. Many of the fish especially the ones broken down have a hint of ammonia which could be a significant sign of the product being cleaned to mask its amine scent due to refreezing lack of sell. No information where the fish is sourced which is important to determine health risks. I don't feel this store is worth it and would definitely go elsewhere. Here's a tip;" Before refrigerating a fish, wash it in cold water and dry it with a clean cloth or paper towels. Then wrap the clean fish in waxed paper, plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and store it on ice or in the refrigerator. You can usually store a fish in the refrigerator for up to two days"

My go to place for buying fresh seafood.I also enjoy their steamed food. You can choose whatever seafood you want, then season it how you like, & they will steam it for you. They serve fried food options as well.

Great place to get fresh seafood. It takes some time for the 6 -7 masters to descale and cut as per required. So be patient.Don't forget to tip them.

The price of fish is excellent!!! Some fish markets prices are 13.00 to 19.00 dollars a pound. I wish they were closer to me.

My favorite place to buy fish. Very affordable and nice stuff working there.

Wide variety of seafood, prices are at the going rate. I bought fish and I must say they were properly cleaned. Thank you gentlemen.
