I always get a look from them when I order just a side of their falafels. I always brush it off because I love their falafels but this time they lied straight to my face saying they didn't have any white sauce and I had just seen one of them put white sauce on another customers order. Won't be going back. Thanks for ruining my experience.
I always get lunch/dinner here on my way back home from school whenever I get the chance and it’s delicious, no doubt! I always share the chicken over rice with my siblings because it’s a lot in the container, I can’t finish it all myself. However, yesterday I asked for a tiny bit of chicken over rice, not a lot just one small scoop. Saw my transaction online today and they still charged me $9.80 for one a small portion!!!!! Why not 7.80? Disappointed and never eating from here again. Ridiculous, $9.80 is acceptable for the regular portion they always fill because it’s big but for a tiny bit as requested? Might as well have said we still gonna charge the same amount even for a little bit and I would’ve been like ohh okay then just give me the regular amount you put in the bowl. I basically got scammed… issue isn’t about the money but their actions.
Best falafel in Astoria. They will hand u a freshly fried falafel while u wait for your order to be made on top of that. Amazing flavors and worth the trip for every time

Always hits the spot when in the area! Shawarma over rice or in a pita sandwich! Falafel is delicious too for anyone who is vegetarian.
My parents are From the Middle East so I grew up being super picky about falafel. I must say this place hit the spot and it was the perfect price can’t wait to come again! Although next time I’ll ask for extra pickles!
