I bought food food from here today and when I sat down to eat it, I found that after unwrapping my food, it was covered in mold.Edit to add:After seeing the mold on the fish I'm even more afraid to even open this package of biriyani in fear that it will have the same issue...
Recently they sold an absolutely spoiled fish dish, infested with fungus. They fish was placed next to other dishes and other fish in the same container before purchasing. I won’t be able to eat outside for a very long time after seeing this. Please proceed with caution.
All old lady working there , not satisfactory customer service. Owner is not take care hillside business because she stated another location resturent .
Very dry bland food. I think I had more soda than the food itself. Food was mad overpriced just to be served on flimsy paper plates. ( they originally tried giving us old, badly washed, plates. And finally : there were COCKROACHES crawling all over the walls right by the customers dining area.
The staff usually ignores me when I go there , I am not Bangladeshi and others of same culture push their way to be served first the staff do not adhere to 'next in line'protocol I've walked out of there several times because I was left waiting
One order of Beef Bihari Kabab cost $15. I mention again just beef bihari Kabab by it self. What a joke!!!I understand inflation rate is high now. But it can’t be $15 Kabab. Management should do some market research and make the price. In the name of Corona you charge almost double, what you used to charge before the pandemic.
The food is delicious and the customer service the ladies provides is exceptional service. ?. The dining room is large and not congestive. Very important because of the virus.
Actually not bad, the food was good and the place was spacious enough to take your friends along with you. But after ordering the food it took a long time to get it on the table. Overall not bad.
Amazing catering service for weddings, great food, ambiance is dull but the food is spicy and delicious. The go to spot in NYC for Pakistani/Indian/bengali food. The staff helps a lot for a desi restaurant they are very alert and supportive
Ordered the Sikh kebabs and they turned out to be raw and when I called them to ask about it they responded in a rude tone never coming back here again
