Had order for pick up 5.08.22 around 11:40pm since the restaurant closing time was 1:am when I reached out there at 11:50 the restaurant door was closed . The guy working inside was very nasty telling its closed by not giving my order . And when I check my order status it says picked up and I was charged. I was charged and not given my order .
My wife ordered a breast and a wing she got a thigh and a wing i ordered a three piece meal i got a thigh and a wing we both ordered a side of wings hers were honey barbecue mine buffalo both orders were dried out wings the meals we ordered which were wrong were tiny pieces and I paid over $38.00 for this the person taking the order mumbled incorrectly and i wasn't even given a soda which comes with a three piece meal I was very hungry at the time and this was an outrage
Cashier messed up my friend’s and I orders gave us regular chicken when we clearly asked for chicken tenders.
Not having the original recipe chicken... which I specifically came for tonight... Not the 1st time.. And I only come through here once in a blue and I'm from this neighborhood no reason why I gave up on trying with yall. You lost your business to Taco Bell way down the block who is starting to beat everybody because they always have what they advertise on their menu and are hardly ever 86 on anything..Lol.. Your drive-through employee employee is mad funny tho... completely ignoring My request and without saying "I'm sorry sir, no".. tried forcefully drivingmy attention straight to sandwiches and other bs.. 3.7 rating?? Close already like White Castle did across the corner... And I actually wish they would have remained open instead of you.
Food was good, it's kfc but the service was excellent
Slow service.2 employees one working drive thru the other line inside which people had to leave from waiting so long. It's not the employee fault management should work in a weekend to help with the customer flow
Well I made my order and the employees closed 1 hour earlier, I paid and didn't got my food, beside that they keep me outside waiting on the cold weather because they saw me but pretend to ignore me and others with the same situation as me, they just close and they was looking around everywhere except where we were standing.After few years to don't eat KFC I thought it was a great idea to try it again, but what a surprise.
For so many years I was puzzled by why NYC doesn't have KFC because I am from China. And in China KFC and McDonald's are a duo, wherever you see one of them you know there's the other around it. It's part of how I understand American Cuisine before coming to the US. Actually just across the street where I used to live there is a KFC, I used to get an orange juice there every morning in summer. So, I feel like, what, NYC is half missing, there's no KFC. So thanks for coming to NYC, KFC. You have redeemed the City. And me, myself, even though I am on my way back to vegetarian diet, let me indulge myself a few more times, just like KFC redeemed NYC, I am redeeming those missed matching meals when I had McDonald's in the past, even though 99% percent of the these years I eat from Whole Foods. Hahaha, I will pay my own "redemption" on diet after this. And please keep the KFC tradition going no matter what ?I think KFC is successful in China is largely because of that Family Bucket, Family in China is a still a BIG thingy, besides that no kidding Great recipe. At least That's how I remember it even though we didn't really have it that often. Hahaha ? switch to vegetarian again, but had to treat myself, cheat once or twice ?
I love KFC but the one on Northern Blvd and between 87th and 88th Street fried chicken is really salty.
I've always liked their chicken. Little greasy but good.
