This my 1st time ordering from here, food was fresh & hot once delivered . The only issue I had was the sauce , I ordered mild sauce for myself & the garlic butter sauce for my daughter food, hers tasted better than mine, my sauce didn’t have no mild anything. However, We did enjoy our food & the delivery was fast. I also wish your sauce was little bit thicker & not oily
Super delicious!Fresh and my favorite seafood place!
Foods good man, fantastic for the price!
Food is good ...but was too spicey (for me) and too expensive...portions are light ( to me ) for the amount of money they charge. I spent about $80 plus tax. Boil bag is wack (my opinion) i rather it steamed in a pan. If im going to spend this kind of money I'll drive to Brisas Del Mar 111st Lexington ave ...its one in queens i believe...not as good as uptown...they give u a bowl ...some tongs.....you pick your own crab legs your own fish ya own shrimp ...broccoli cauliflower corn cob...they weigh it and steam it .... season ya own food ... all seasonings rite on counter for u old bay lemon juice lemon pepper etc... fried options also. And they take the shell off their shrimps ..lol
This place is extremely unprofessional. The food is good so I decided give one more try...The delivery is given to the driver in an brown bag not closed. And last in a white bag..the bag with food need to be closed..I found Staples in my food box today .I called I left a message for Henry who I was told was the manger..3 hours ago I called back I was told he left.. The container they are using is too small for two items. it must be fix..I have trash my food it was considered to be contaminated and armful..after left open and metal found in box.. Henry just to let you know the customer is your Boss..with us you are nothing.
It's not the food itself. It's good. But it costs $35 for one king crab leg, one corn, one small potato, and a 1lb of juice. While they say it costs $35 a lb, the bag only adds up to that weight because of the juice inside. It's not worth the value at all. At $35, a grown adult should be full of their meal. 1 star for taste, 1 star for value. Go to another place and I garuntee you'll get a minimum of 3 legs for around $40.
I’m giving this 2 star review after my THIRD time ordering from this establishment. I wanted to give them the chance to redeem themselves but they didn’t.1st time I ordered the shrimps were spoiled, they were very mushy and had a bitter taste, the sauce was not sauce, it was more like liquid oil.2nd time, I told the person taking the order that I didn’t want my sauce so oily, she said that’s how they make it. I figured they didn’t know how to do it the way I see others making the thick dipping sauce. This trip the food wasn’t bad, problem was that the spice level was not at all where it should’ve been.3rd time, I got that small amount of king crab legs for 37.99, I wasn’t pleased with the amount for the price & my son said his food tasted like bleach and the meet was mushy(again!) I specifically ordered the king crab legs for him because it has more meat in it.Needless to say, I’m overall disappointed with my experience and I won’t be going back because it’s three strikes and I’m out.
Horrible experience. The staff mixed up my order, and made a sorry attempt to correct it. Would not recommend this restaurant.
Prices increased and quality decreased. I loved it when it first opened, better quality and quantity.
Food was good but could use alittle more seasoning.
